We love this place SO much. The coffee and specialty drinks are way better than any chains, their baked goods are delicious and unique, and the owners and workers are so nice every time that I feel like they’re basically my friends already. 😂They treat our family (and everyone who walks in) so special, take their time helping you pick something out, and go out of their way to make it a great experience every time. They do need to work on their online ordering. It never works. I place the order and then it says that delivery window is no longer available. After several attempts, it usually says delivery not currently available. So I call and get very efficient phone service.

I hadn't been to an IHOP in many years but it was quite a nice experience. We were seated in a booth immediately. Everything including the restroom was very clean. IHOP now has GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES and vegetarian IMPOSSIBLE SAUSAGE and they still leave a POT of COFFEE at your table.
The waiter was very friendly and attentive and you can settle up, paying the waiter at the table after the meal (so no line to pay at the end!).
