Brian was an amazing server and really made our experience with his knowledge on menu items containing allergens. We had a gluten free burger that was excellent quality. The grilled chicken is fresh and served right away adding even more to their amazing salad. The sweet potato’s fries are also highly recommended!

If you're looking for an incredible breakfast spot in Nashville, Frothy Monkey is an absolute must-visit—especially if you need gluten-free options! As someone with dietary restrictions, finding a place that serves delicious and safe gluten-free meals can be a challenge, but Frothy Monkey totally knocked it out of the park. I tried their gluten-free breakfast options( we visited several times while in Nash), and they were off the charts. The gluten-free pancakes were light, fluffy, and full of flavor, and the avocado toast on gluten-free bread was spot on. It’s so hard to find a place that makes gluten-free bread that actually tastes good, but Frothy Monkey does it right—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly paired with fresh toppings. The menu has a great selection of gluten-free options, from hearty breakfast bowls to lighter, protein-packed dishes. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. They really pay attention to detail, making sure all their gluten-free options are prepared with care to avoid any cross-contamination—so I felt 100% safe enjoying my meal. The vibe of Frothy Monkey is super welcoming, with a relaxed, cozy atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to kickstart your day. The food was great. We had the pulled pork and the brisket. For the sides, we had baked beans, coleslaw, and potato salad. Brisket was super tender. The potato salad was not my favorite, but the rest was excellent. My wife has celiac and was able to have a great gluten-free meal with no cross contamination. Not all of the sauces are gluten-free, so make sure to ask.

Great experience tonight at the reopened Chago’s. So glad this spot is back open but I think the food is better with the new owners. We had a burrito, pork taco, barria taco, chicken sandwich and salmon avocado entree. All were very good. Barria and salmon were outstanding. My wife has to eat gluten free and the menu is well labeled with a decent number of gluten free options. The prices are a tad high and the services was a tad slow, but we were not in a hurry. everyone was super helpful and friendly. Love it with all the doors open. We got a great night weather wise and really enjoyed our time there. Great new setup and atmosphere. Food is wonderful. Oh, almost forgot, the street corn was excellent.
