Great little place. Very good coffee. The food and pastries look really good... Very few offerings for us with gluten and dairy issues on the food side but that is pretty normal... They do have some prepackaged gluten free cookies that I can have though.

The pizza's cooked on the same stones in the same ovens aren't celiac safe but the cauliflower crust take and bakes prepped by themselves and are perfect for celiac people and they are the only people in town who offer this. :)

I love this place. The staff are always friendly. Great, fast service. If you're gluten-intolerant, avoid the rice. But they'll double your beans! I read some of the lowest-scoring reviews, and I'm not sure they've every actually been to this place! There are no servers fitting the descriptions (I've been going for over 10 years, and nope, no heavy-set blondes there!) . I've never gotten cold food, and they're always generous with the shrimp and other portions. Very reasonable prices.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. A great variety of natural foods and vitamins and supplements. They carry all the ingredients I need for gluten-free baking. Our town would sutely miss this place if they were ever to close up permanently.
