Tonight the closing team here went above and I am very very grateful. I believe it was Rach(a?)el I spoke to on the phone but I am admittedly horrible with names. I try my hardest to not be a difficult customer. I have been a supervisor and store manager of multiple teams in a few different customer service fields and I know how difficult things can be. That said I have been attempting to transition temporarily to a gluten free diet since I have been having an allergic reaction to something. I grew up with cheesy bread, too much cheesy bread, at least once a week. I can eat a whole cheesy bread in a sitting which isn't something I can say about anything else. While meal planning this week I decided to see if I could get GF cheesy bread and the person who picked up said probably. I went tonight knowing there was a chance they couldn't do it and I was fine with that until I called and was told they couldn't and realized that I was so hyperfixated on cheesy bread I couldn't eat anything else tonight even though I was extremely hungry. I tried to hang up but she kept me on the line and we figured out how to construct this is in a way that kept inventory correct for them and everything and it really was the kindest thing anyone has done for me in a long time. There are 5 other papa Murphy's I pass between my work and my home but this one is closest to home, only about a 20 minute walk. But this will definitely be our location from now on. We've only gotten food from there once before and the experience was good but her patience and kindness tonight was so amazing and I will most definitely be back. Hopefully not on a gluten free diet but if so I know I am in good hands. I know that was a long read but thank you so so much to Rachel and Tyler and I'm so sorry if I was a jerk or a challenge at all. I can't overstate exactly how much the effort to do this meant to me. Also 12 minutes seems like a good cook time

Their new gluten free "bread" tortilla thing is awful. It gets greasy and then the whole sandwich falls apart. Also I ordered yesterday and I clearly said no onions on my husband's sandwich, but there were onions and he spat his sandwich out and threw it in the trash. Never ordering from here again because now I can't even trust it's gluten free if they can't listen to that simple "no onion" instruction

Really super duper good burgers, fries, onion rings, shakes, soda, kids meals AND they offer gluten free buns. Don't pass this place up.
