We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The yucca fries were absolutely delicious. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza, customizing it with sheep cheese on one half and without on the other, as I typically don’t enjoy sheep cheese. However, I decided to try a slice with it, and to my surprise, it was a fantastic addition—bold in flavor but without any lingering aftertaste. Next time, I wouldn’t hesitate to have it again. Our dining companions, who aren’t gluten-free, were especially impressed with the crust and loved that it was made with sourdough. The owners were friendly and engaging. This is a unique experience that brings a little hipster to the Little Lake.

It’s pretty big inside compared to other food places on the strip, the staff is very kind, the service feels more like a proper restaurant than a “fast food” place & then burgers are really good, probably my favourite veggie burger I’ve had. I also got the gluten free bun on my burger and it wasn’t that gross griddy texture that a lot of gluten free bread is. the full meal was delicious!

I don't like to give below 3 stars on a review. It's hard for businesses so I do my best to understand. I like the other Symposiums I've visited over the years so I tried this one. I ordered an omelette with no toast or potatoes and was charged to substitute a simple salad. Ok, I guess. I'm celiac, but used to this. The omelette was very small and over cooked. The small salad was much better. The service was very slow and the waitress sat on the table beside us while we ordered. There were 8 other people in the restaurant so the poor service and quality of food was surprising. This is my second time at this restaurant. I thought our first poor experience was because they opened within the year, but a year later it was the same.
