I discovered I had celiac disease only ten months ago, at the age of 31, and I must say that it wasn't easy at all. Finding yourself in a completely new world can be truly destabilizing. The staff is extraordinary, but what struck me most was Mrs. Tiziana: an extremely kind and attentive person, she explained everything to me down to the smallest detail. He even was kind enough to let me try some of their delicacies. I purchased various products including: freselle, rosettes and almond sweets. All really delicious: the flavors are so authentic that it's hard to believe they are gluten-free products. I have rediscovered the taste of the past that I thought I had lost forever.
