Tatum was our very nice, very patient server who did a great job. They have a lot of options for gluten free people (my sister) and they have delicious turkey meatballs (for me). I had a slice of pizza with sliced turkey meatballs & a lovely salad with Walnuts, gorgonzola & apples. They will do the salad on field greens or romaine. It was my sister's birthday so she got a free dessert of her choice - apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. We'll be back.

This place is not safe for food allergies and manager was extremely rude.
We Used to love this place and was a regular when it was cuff. When Flavors in the park took over the quality went down fast. owners/manager do not understand gluten free or food allergies. Case in point, they have a GF appetizer dip that came out flour tortilla pieces for dipping but were on the dip. When I brought it to the owner's attention and let them know I can't it due to my food allergy (severe wheat allergy) I was told I was being difficult even though he was very rude and was clueless about cross contamination/food allergies. Wait staff apologized, my wife and I left. We will not return; I miss cuff. It was nice to have a local restaurant/bar that was GF.

I came in for my annual birthday Bundt and the woman working was so incredibly sweet. She also informed me that they had gluten free options which I was completely unaware of yet so excited to hear. I wish I would have gotten her name because I’d tell her manager that she deserves a raise for the excellent customer service. The store was very busy and they were about to close but she helped everyone that walked in with a smile on her face and a good attitude. She even thanked me for waiting even though I wasn’t waiting very long. The interaction I had with her really turned my day around. Yes, sometimes something as small as a kind employee can make someone’s day. I got my gluten free chocolate chip bundles and will be back year round now that I know there are gluten free options!

Year round Bruster’s offers a large menu of delicious ice cream flavors; during the holiday season we especially enjoy the limited time flavors like peppermint stick and gingerbread cookie.
Staff are always friendly, they are happy to offer samples and the drive thru moves quickly.
Today we sat on the covered patio which is nicely spaced apart from other tables and equipped with heat lamps for comfort in the winter and water misters for summer seating.
Bruster’s is generous with serving sizes and has a great selection of gluten free and vegan ice cream options.
