I want to love this place because I have Celiac and it tastes good and looks beautiful but every time I’ve eaten their cakes or cupcakes, my stomach does not feel good. I don’t know if it’s because they use almond flour or what but after giving it a couple tries I just can’t eat it anymore I guess. Idk if anyone else has had this reaction.

Hands down the best gluten free I have ever eaten. Everywhere I go in other states, gluten free is dry and crumbly. Here, it is all the things you’d expect savory or sweet food to be. The entree and desserts are perfect here. I didn’t even realize my dessert was vegan until I gathered that everything CG makes is vegan. That is exceptional!

Scopa has been one of my favorite LA restaurants since my first visit in 2021. The quality never falters, and many of my favorite dishes I've eaten in Los Angeles have come from Scopa (I actually dream about the gem salad with tuna dressing). Cannot say enough good things about the food or the service. I'm also gluten free and eat here happily and easily. Inside the restaurant, it is very dark and noisy, very sexy which can be fun but I REALLY miss when they had the outdoor space. Aside from liking to bring my dog when able, I have quite a few folks who I'd love to take to Scopa, but for whom the current atmosphere would be alienating. That said, I look forward to coming back myself.

Excellent place. The sweet potato taquitos are unreal and are a must. Churros are also an absolute mess, I’ve never had anything like it. Plus, it’s vegan and gluten-free. I also wanted to point out that our server Jahir was so friendly, funny, and made our experience all the best. Very fun ambiance, must go!
