If you’re looking for a quick, convenient bite while exploring downtown Colorado Springs, this is a great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and they have which options can be gluten free marked on the menu. They also indicate when gluten & dairy free is not possible. It is a shared kitchen but they are careful with cross contact, including making the gluten free baked goods with fresh equipment and ingredients and baking at a different time.
This intimate spot features a calming, candle-lit atmosphere perfect for a cozy, romantic dining experience. The attentive and accommodating service ensures guests with gluten-free needs feel safe and well cared for throughout their memorable visit.

We went around lunch time, not busy at all. We only ordered dessert, as we don’t like cheese or the entree offerings. This was our first time visiting The Melting Pot in over 7 years, I was surprised that they offer gluten free items—this was a good surprised. I appreciated the care and attention to make sure everything was gluten free.

First time trying Dutch Bros and was super impressed! They have an extensive allergy menu that shows any items with wheat. The only other four sources of gluten are from four flavors of the Torani syrups they use (caramel, sugar free caramel, toasted marshmallow and sugar free s’mores) so as long as you avoid those + any toppings with wheat, you should be good. Their oat milk is not gluten free but they have almond milk, coconut milk and regular. The steam wand, scoop, mix tins and blenders are also rinsed with hot water after every drink.
