The build your own is a good way to go if you want to customize your order. All three crepes are gluten free by default unless you add something with gluten. Most toppings and extras are gluten free though they do not have allergies information on all toppings so use your own judgement.
My family loves the variety of crepes. We are always looking for places that are safe for my wife's food allergies, and Sweet Paris has gluten-free options and can also ensure certain items do not have dairy.

I stopped by for lunch, and there were a few options, and i had Mushroom lasagna (from the take-home freezer that she heated up for me). It had a wonderful balance of flavor with a creamy sauce and for dessert, a poppy seed lemon Donut that if I didn't know better, tasted like it was made with sugar...I'll have to ask next time I stop by which sweetener they use!
To take home the owners daughter, (I didn't catch her name), helped me pick a Butter Pecan cheesecake and a carrot cake, both personal size and they added in an additional treat for free, which was such a nice surprise.
This is a small family business, and the owners daughter was serving me today. She was so sweet and couldn't have been more accommodating, informative, and helpful in recommendations.
I'm extremely sensitive to gluten, and this place was completely safe.
They have a great selection and have an awesome guide to help you find stuff on the menu and they have specific meals and how to request them. They make it very easy and we’re very well informed on celiac disease.
