It’s overpriced and while it’s set out nicely and gets top marks for atmosphere, the level of service here needs to be improved and of a higher standard and quality. I found the interactions when being seated, served and going to pay all without even a hint of pleasantness. Also, I was quite explicit with my waitress that I was gluten and lactose intolerant to which she responded the calamari was the only thing could be cooked in a way to accomodate me. The salad it came with though quite obviously had dairy in it (it a had a very distinct smell of yoghurt and or cheese). This is my second time in a space of a number of years visiting this restaurant where the service has been consistently bad. I certainly won’t be returning for a third.
