Excellent staff and knowledgeable about celiac, I felt comfortable enough to have my first gluten free truck stop breakfast in years complete with homefries and toast.

Cannot understand for the life of me how this restaurant only has an average 3.7 star rating. It’s top shelf. Do yourself a favour, ignore the poor reviews and try it. We had a party of 10 that showed up late on a Friday night without a reservation and yet had no issue getting seats and everything on the menu was available. Some comments from our group - best nachos ever eaten, fantastic french fries, great soup, awesome baked beans, etc. some really nice takes on Newfoundland food. Service was also excellent and prices were very reasonable - cheaper than the poor meal we had experienced at another highly rated local restaurant. Good celiac options as well. Great to see such an excellent restaurant in Gander. Check out the international lounge exhibits and the movie theatre in the airport too. Makes for a really nice evening.
