They are flexible with GLUTEN-FREE options! This is our favorite place in Toulouse! The menu is small and rotates often and each time we’ve gone they can make adjustments for gluten-free needs. The food is always so delicious, our waitress (Katya) is so sweet and fun. We always enjoy our time at Molette! And for those that can eat bread, my partner speaks very highly of their homemade bread (not gluten free) that they provide at the table. Highly recommend a visit to Molette.

A very nice evening at Bibent where the kindness of the waitresses and waiters made up for the impersonal welcome. Perfectly delicious food and impeccable service. Talented pastry chef for a seasonal tartlet that is as beautiful as it is delicious. A place of great beauty with royal decoration 👑 And gluten-free bread offered is rare ✌🏻👏🏼 Thank you very much 😊💖
