Nice and pleasant environment, unfortunately located under a hotel and therefore not immediately traceable. Dining room service (Alessandro) fantastic. Open kitchen, one entirely dedicated to gluten-free. Excellent fresh pasta produced by them. Possibility to replicate the entire gluten-free menu. The fried gnocco is excellent.

They make excellent gluten-free pizzas, they follow the health instructions for preparation well, but I'm not so sure about the safety of all the toppings. Let me explain better: they rely on the Bonini butcher's shop in Casina, which undoubtedly has excellent products, but which continues to put the words "does not contain gluten" on risky products. This writing, as I pointed out to the butcher itself, does not legally assure me of the safety of the product, since only the "gluten-free" writing entails compliance with the European directive for the preparation of gluten-free materials. The claim is voluntary, it's true, but it's the only one that makes a risky product suitable for celiacs. The butcher assures that there is no contamination along the production line, but continues to use non-compliant writing. So there is always that thread of concern and I try to avoid pizzas with products made by the aforementioned butcher's shop (which I repeat is excellent, I always go there for products not at risk!)

A truly exceptional lunch and a welcome, especially for the attention to gluten-free, truly out of the ordinary! Starting from the offer of breadsticks and the focaccia accompanying the cold cuts, through to the first and second courses and the desserts offered without gluten, in great variety and above all very tasty. Overall, the experience was truly extremely pleasant, complemented by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff We will definitely be back as soon as possible. Top marks are well deserved!

For an informal dinner as a couple or with friends, for a glass of wine with an appetizer, a welcoming place with ironic and competent service, coffee with a mocha, and above all abundant and superb food and desserts. I recommend the oriental bowl, the pasta with carbonara or cacio e pepe, the hamburger. I will be back to taste the ciliegiolo red again, fantastic, and the gluten-free shortcrust pastry tart
