I'm coeliac and had the best gluten free scone there, the latte was delicious too, staff are so friendly and welcoming and it's pet friendly too, will definitely be back, a lovely place to visit.
We were staying in a b&b in Oswestry and the vegetarian owners recommended Amber's to us. Obviously they cater well for vegetarians vegans and meat eaters like myself as well as providing low gluten options.
Wonderful atmosphere great staff and fantastic food.
DREADFUL, DREADFUL, DREADFUL !!!
Having just been in contact with the staff of Wot's, well, disgusted is not the word, but, maybe shocked is !!!
Just been told that they are NO LONGER going to cater for a Gluten Free diet. These were always my go to place for a safe tea !!! Sad, sad, sad.
Stopped off for lunch yesterday, we chose to sit out in the Courtyard among the lovely shrubs and planters. The waitress promptly came out and we ordered from a menu that included a nice selection of food, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Drinks were brought out in minutes, hot chocolate to die for. Our meals were freshly cooked and promptly served on warmed plates.
With eyes bigger than our bellies we had all ordered a selection of the home made cakes and a scone, we asked could we take them home for later and food boxes were given to us without question.
All in all had a lovely meal in lovely surrounding, will most definitely eat there again and think we will book the afternoon tea there for mums birthday.
P.s. the cakes were beautiful, if not a bit naughty for supper.
The food here is absolutely beautiful! My favourite place to eat in Oswestry. Brilliant service from all the staff, despite it being busy. A real gem. Highly recommend The Vegan Hash Bowl, with a poached egg and a generous serving of halloumi. Nice selection of cakes, with lots of dairy and gluten free options available.
To celebrate our grandson's 21st birthday we took the whole family to Prezzo. Fifteen of us ranging from my wife's mother through four generations to the newest arrival. We were there for three hours on a huge table. We started with drinks, plenty of choice from soft drinks, beers, a decent Shiraz and cocktails, then various starters including baked Prawns, garlic bread, olives, hummus, fried mozzarella and arancini. All fresh and tasty. Then onto mains, pasta, including gluten free and vegan options, pizzas, burgers, all big portions and all beautifully presented. Excellent service throughout from Ebonii and Mirka, and very easy to book and communicate with the restaurant, with regards to pre-ordering and special diets.
Its about the fifth time we've all been out to Prezzo and we'll no doubt be back again soon. The no 1 choice for our family meals. Decent price - even better with a taste card. Excellent food.
