We ate 4 out of our 5 meals at Flow during our stay in Mendocino. The atmosphere is charming, with beautiful views of the ocean. The food was amazing, with plenty of GF/V options. I’m gluten free and was so excited to find a place with GF fish and chips! They were DELICIOUS! The service was excellent, each server we had was kind & attentive. If we find ourselves in Mendocino again, we will absolutely be dining here for 99% of our meals again.

The food was good and the service was great. My pasta had a purple sauce due to the Sangiovese cream sauce, so it kind of threw me off but tasted good. They also have gluten free pasta which is what I ate due to my sensitivity.
