Very Disappointed – No Gluten-Free Labels!
Not Worth $60
We were really looking forward to dining here, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing especially for $60 per person. The buffet had no labels at all, which made it impossible to identify gluten-free options. My mom is gluten-free, and allergenic she gets very sick if gluten was in her food and no one could clearly tell us what was safe for her to eat.
She only ended up getting one dessert, and when I went back shortly after, there was nothing left. For a high-priced buffet, you expect basic standards like clear food labeling, allergy awareness, and consistent restocking. Unfortunately, this place didn’t deliver. We won’t be coming back.
I am Celiac and needed a treat last night. We were at Centerra shopping and stopped in Culver’s. Wasn’t hopeful, but Sam the gal at the register was so wonderful. She told me what I could safely have, and I got a cup of frozen custard. She told me she would go do it herself so she was sure it would be safe for me with no cross contamination. I’m extra sensible and have to be so careful or get very sick. She also told me how I could come get other things and got a copy of allergen menu and they would take good care to make it as safe as they could. I am so thankful to her for her genuine care and great customer service. Many could learn a lot from her. She made my day! Thank you Sam

Fries taste and are seasoned great, they were that nice texture where they don’t flop but still kind of melt in your teeth.
Both burgers we ordered needed more sauce on them, and were cooked more than we asked them to be. Medium rare came out medium, medium came out medium well. We put the fry sauce on the burgers and it made them good, but that just means both our burgers tasted like the fry sauce.
We came for lunch so it was a little busy, but our food came out in a pretty reasonable time. Servers and host were polite and attentive. They also have a gluten free menu, which we didn’t use but was nice to see.
If I were to come again, order the burgers less cooked than you would like, and ask for extra or double extra sauce on the burgers.
My wife and I went to Bonefish for our anniversary and the food was great + staff (Victoria and Rachel) were extremely kind and thoughtful, making our meal very special. My wife also has celiac, and the staff was very knowledgeable and took precautions to ensure no cross-contamination occurred. We'll definitely be back!
Hands down THE place to go for pizza for people with food allergies who want pizza that's actually good, even with gluten free crust and dairy free cheese - and also great for regular pizzas as well so the whole family can eat great pizza with or without food allergies! This spot does tend to be fairly crowded and a bit noisy, but we usually can manage to snag a table and the wait time usually isn't too bad.
I used to love this place. I have celiac and called to let them know that my order needed to be gluten free. They assured me that most items are gluten free but that they would take special care. They wrote all GF on my receipt but I found a noodle in my food. I have been super sick for the past 24 hours. I'm super sad and extremely disappointed!
