Excellent food and super friendly owner! Couldn't believe we found this vegan gem in the small town of Trinidad. My girlfriend is celiac and the owner of this place happens to be gluten-free as well, so they had plenty of options for her. They use a lot of locally sourced ingredients and appear to make everything from scratch. Only positive vibes here and all the plants make for a relaxing atmosphere. We went in on a Saturday around 11am and were seated right away. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful in helping us find what would work for my husband’s gluten free diet. We ended up with some winners! The Cubano Sandwich was super flavorful and the cauliflower was out of this world delicious! My husband had the rice bowl and he loved his meal as well. I was in Trinidad for a business trip and got to my hotel around 7pm. Most food businesses closed at 8 or 9pm out there but Wonderful House was open! I adore Chinese food but recently developed a gluten allergy so when I came in to order food I was nervous on what to order. However, they brought out the kitchen manager who was so kind and helpful! She explained to me what I could and couldn't have as well as what she could accomdate for me! The good was fresh and so delicious! I highly recommend eating here to support a local business and get great Chinese food!

My family stopped for a bite after arriving in Trinidad for a night's stay. I chose Tony's because they advertised gluten free bread and Ive been craving a hamburger and fries. My family was more than satisfied. My son was excited that his drink was never empty before our server was back with a refill. The food was plentiful and our server was very accommodating of my gluten free needs. I don't know if everything is celiac friendly; I just can't consume gluten and it was perfect. She was even gracious enough to let me know the fries were fried in oil that may have come into contact with gluten. Very friendly, very accommodating, and the food really hit the spot. We would definitely come again!!

Very good dinner. Our server was super. She answered all of our questions and really helped us out. There are plenty of gluten free options on the menu. There is one marked handicapped parking space almost in front of the front door.

The husband and I go here (often with friends) when we're looking for something a little extra special. The staff succeeds at providing the upscale service you are looking for on those days including celebrations. I love the pork shanks and 28-day aged steak. So delicious. My husband digs the smoked prime rib. Friends also rave about the bacon-wrapped shrimp. If you're allergic to dairy and gluten like me, the coconut rice is nice for a side. Drinks are spectacular and you will be surprised at the reasonable prices for this fine dining experience. My only gripe is the lighting. I just think the ambiance would feel more romantic if they dimmed the lights in the evening. Almost forgot to mention the outdoor patio. Love, love, love it right next to the river behind the restaurant/hotel.
