My wife is a celiac (gluten intolerant). When I ordered the takeaway, I was very specific about the order and how to not put the croutons on her salad. The waitress seemed indifferent. So, when the order came, I double checked the salads. Sure enough, my wife's had croutons. When I asked them to make her a new one, they seemed agreeable. After eating her meal, she had a gluten reaction. It was the first one she had on our month long journey across country. The Outback in Albuquerque had no problem. Homestead, well that was a problem.

Just like any other LongHorn we've ever visited, this one was great. My only minor complaint, they didn't have a single cider at the bar. We travel a good bit, and that's incredibly rare. I'm gluten-free by need, and ciders are my go-to. Other than that, the service was amazing, and the food was delicious.
