THE place that has something for everyone! In my family, 3 eat gluten free, 1 is a vegetarian, and two teens will only eat “normal” food. We all love it here! Had a memorial luncheon at Trezeros and couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality and value. The team at Trezeros was easy to work with and that was also great as I was planning the event from another state.
We had gluten free members of our party, they were easily accommodating of their restrictions, and were given delicious alternative entrees, as well as highlighting which of the other portions of the meal were safe for them to eat.
Every member of our 50+ party was raving about how delicious the meal was. I can’t recommend them highly enough. When we’re back in the Chicago area again we will definitely be paying them another visit.

Very happy with gluten free options! I have a severe gluten allergy and the staff was incredibly accommodating and very friendly when helping me thru my options. I had the kamakaze and playboy rolls and they were so fresh and delicious. They packaged my rolls separately and in a separate bag so there was no confusion. They even have gluten free soy sauce! It never fails. We always find and eat at this restaurant whichever city we travel to. It is a huge house and accommodate guests of 20. Good veriaty of food from gluten free eater, to ribs and steaks and I always ordered only chicken britter n salad. I do have to say, if you are not a big meat eater normally,don't order steak and rib on the same meal. It can be too greasy for your guts and makes your stomach hurt the next day. Which it happened to one of my family members. But the rest always had a good meal.
Also, the pull pork and buttered corn as a side is too salty for me. But tasted great.

This McAlister's is very community friendly. It seemed like there were a lot of regulars around when I came. So that was nice. Great community atmosphere feel. However, I wish I could say the same about the service and food. Upon ordering, I felt rushed, the cashier wasn't paying attention to me or willing to help with my order. My order was input in incorrectly and when the manager had to come over and change it she gave me an attitude.
I got my food at the table and I expressed at the register that I have a gluten allergy. So I ordered a gluten free meal. Unfortunately, my dish arrived with no utensils and crackers. Now I know that everyone doesn't know about gluten free...but I feel like they should have listened a little better. It also wasn't too crazy busy to miss that.
Overall, I ordered a turkey club on gluten free bread and the gluten free chili. The club was ok. Of course the bread taste nasty, because what gluten free bread doesn't. But the chili was disgusting. Too spicy with hints of artificial watered down tomatoe sauce.
I will definitely not be ordering from them again and the McAlister's in Schaumburg definitely provides better service and Vernon Hills as well.

Won't eat here again. I told the employee that I needed a gluten free meal. He changed his gloves. That was a good start. Once I started eating is where the issue was. First the chicken was very spicy. Second, within 5 minutes of eating, I got sick. This means that some ingredients were cross contaminated. Maybe I should have requested that they change utensils also but I didn't think there would be CC once the gloves were changed. Lesson learned.

They have gluten free options for the most part - there are a few items where the meat is marinated with soy sauce that has gluten but otherwise the staff here are legit. Plus their food is delicious so that helps.
My go to order is beef salad level 3/5 (not available GF due to marinade), a tom kha soup, and a noodle or curry. Curry puffs (not GF cuz bread) and fried rice if the crew is with me.
