From the moment I contacted her to discuss my birthday celebration for 10 girls, she was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The food was absolutely outstanding. The young lady working handled the situation-beautifully and with humor. 10 online sandwich orders, training 2 brand new employees and making sure gluten allergies were handled properly. She is a hustler and whoever owns this shop is lucky to have her. Rachel is her name.

Had a lovely dinner here with my hubby. This was our first visit and really enjoyed. All the food was really good and our server was great. The menu was clearly labeled for gluten free options.

One of the major reasons I come to Bertuccis in Swampscott is to enjoy the fabulous service provided by Trish at the bar. No request is ever too much for her and she always makes you feel at home and very welcomed. She rocks. I also love the food here. I am gluten free and there are so many options including the new cauliflower pizza crusts. As well, the oven roasted eggplant parmigiana is scrumptious. I don’t want to forget to mention The manager Gary. He is always so attentive to the customers and obviously supportive to the staff. It’s a good feeling. I do miss a lunch portion of eggplant parmesan... For a chain restaurant, the food remains quite good.
