Fantasticš„² I have never had a proper burrito in my 27 years. This was amazing. I think I described it to our waitress as a āreligious experience.ā And it was just that! Thank you for having so many gluten free options & taking such great care with the allergy! I will be thinking of this burrito for a very long time since Iām not from the area!
This place was great. The burgers were amazing and they served some drinks that the kids enjoyed! We got to watch a FIFA game on the tv!
If you are celiac please make sure they know.
Phinn, Will, and Maddie are the best! Food was great, thereās really no where else to go for a consistently good burger and fries at a this price point. As a celiac I also appreciate that everyone from the servers to the kitchen staff understand and take the request seriously. Chill atmosphere and laid back place to just have a meal with top notch service when you donāt feel like making your kitchen dirty but you are starving. Tip: if you are using the allergy/vegetarian menu it outs way easier to scan the barcode on the menu to access instead of the table kiosk
Recieved a coupon for a breakfast sandwich when I picked up dinner a few nights ago. I was excited to learn that they served breakfast and even more so that I was able to get my breakfast sandwich on a Gluten Free bun. Very few options available for a Gluten Free breakfast in town. Stopped for a breakfast sandwich this morning and was not disappointed. Will definitely be a regular breakfast spot for me in the future!
This is the best pizza I have ever had. The crust has a sweetness to it and is just delicious. My daughter ordered the Gluten Free PIzza and the crust is homemade and yummy. The service was excellent. This will be our favorite place to eat when we visit our daughter at school.
This was our first time here. I ordered the gluten free turkey sandwich and this was very good. I was very disappointed that I had to pay .75 cents for any refills on our soda drinks, given the soda initially costs $1.99 (12 oz with lots of ice). If you need to use the bathroom remember to take your receipt with you as you need a password to get into, and this is on your receiptā¦not a good idea if someone has bathroom urgency issues. The seating was old wooden church pewsā¦which was not comfortable at all.
Very nice experience while in Eau Claire. Got the Aztec crunch and curds and very impressed. Tried the gluten-free bun because it's catching up to me and couldn't tell the difference. Super friendly staff, nice place and excellent variety and specials.
My wife, being allergic to gluten. Notified the crew 3 separate times and asked the guy making her food to please use clean gloves. The worker was almost done then turned to the guy behind him and specifically asked him to touch the food with his contaminated gloves. At which point my wife cant eat it without a serious reaction. So when I said something the customer behind us said it was on us not there problem, the crew did nothing to claim responsibly but let the person in line continue belittle us for an allergy, at that point they offered to remake her bowl at no charge, it appeared to us that they were just trying to move the line along. No apologies. Nothing. My wife went home hungry, embarrassed and belittled and a little angry. We had an hour drive home. They really need to educate there staff about food allergies and the repercussions of them!

I changed a noodle choice to a gluten free option and they took it upon themselves to put an ingredient on the side that was not GF. I knew the removed ingredient was not GF (it's a preference for me) but the fact that they did that shows that they care and I appreciate it!
Decor was top notch with privacy curtains between large tables. Britney gave excellent service and very pleasant.
Lunch under $15 per item. Desserts $10 but the highlight of the meal. Sandwiches seemed underwhelming. They did have gluten-free bread. Did have other options besides fries. That was awesome for those allergic to fry seasoning in our party although no dedicated fryers or workspace.
Ordered a gluten free pizza before we got there and was almost done when we got there. Enjoyed the salad bar, pizza and everything was so clean. Employees were very prompt to take our dishes. We'll be back!

Very high quality food at this location. I had gluten free pasta with marinara with Italian sausage. Cooked perfectly.
I ate at the bar. Hannah was a very attentive server.
I highly recommend
I showed up right at closing time on Tuesday the 29th with my girls, one which has a gluten allergy, the lady working the counter was very nice and took the food allergy very seriously, put her team to work and got us the food, great service and attitude. Keep up the great service.
Karls BBQ catered for our wedding. Karl went above and beyond helping us plan out our food. 2 tastings with plenty of food. Iām gluten free and he assured me all our options were GF and I was able to look at food labels. Day of they cooked the food at our venue and everyone was pleased with the food. Very impressed!
Good food and great service. Asked for gluten free dishes and the staff was really attentive as both the waitress and manager reviewed the dining options as well as preparation of the meal. Really nice to receive such excellent and fast service. We usually stop at Monks on our way back to the twin cities and never disappointed. Had the Philly and it was very good, along with the wraps and burgers. Cheese curds are really good as well.
This wasn't my first time to this location. There are always plenty of workers there who are friendly. I have a gluten free diet and they had options. They charge $2 extra for the bun but at least they have the option unlike lots if other fast food places.
They redeemed themselves well!!!
They were very busy, We understood that, We didn't get to sit together. It was our girls weekend out. This was pretty important. They didn't tell us we couldn't until they seated us. ( We waited a bit )
Secondly, Part of our group did not get their meal until the rest of us were done eating.
But they came through- They comped their meal. ( Old fashioned service at its finest )
Because of this they're getting five stars!!!
And my gluten-free salad was perfect!!!
The customer service they showed towards the end was beyond. Thank you so much
Iāve never had a single concrete mixer made well by this culvers. Tonight I ordered a mini butter finger mixer. I then began to eat it and realized there was cake in it. There was no cake on the receipt, just butter finger. I got really sick from ingesting gluten that I did not order.
Coffee was so rich and flavorful. Loved the turkey club! I was able to get the sandwich on gluten-free bread, which made me so happy! I'm glad to add this to the list of places I can eat at because they accommodate my intolerance. Service was also quick and very friendly!
my family and I were in the other day and had such a great experience. Mary was attentive to detail and very informative about the menu items. We informed her about our gluten allergies and she brought us a sheet to build something that would work for us. she is an amazing server. The food was amazing and she even offered us her favorite dessert ācarrot cakeā. Our family enjoyed our meals and we will be coming back soon! Great service great food and great atmosphere!
Order was completely wrong - and put regular bun on gluten free order - fail. Burgers are literally paper thin. Fries were cold and flavorless. Event the shake was flavorless.
Absolutely horrible value. 2 sandwich 'baskets' with a shake $24 = ridiculous.
I'd much rather eat at home, or pack a meal for the road, and will be from now on. I can buy a 10 lb pork loin for $24 and feed my family for weeks.
If the food was delicious, we'd consider it a splurge but it was awful, feels more like robbery.
I'm not allergic but my stomach is sensitive to gluten. We ate here and I had burger with gluten free bun. The gluten free bun was great, better than most of regular buns I've had.
