Disappointing! We were there at Easter and I mentioned gluten-free when making the reservation. According to the homepage this isn't a problem... well it was! Nothing worked and I had a gluten accident due to incorrect information. The service staff didn't understand the seriousness of the situation and downplayed it - also with regard to the consequences of gluten consumption.
The rest of the evening wasn't like that either. The hot dishes at the buffet were cold and the dessert was probably made from ready-made mixes.
It's a great concept in itself, and they offer the option of gluten-free food, but the quality and quantity don't match the price! I had a salad with shrimp and beef. I felt both were too little for the price. The beef was also tough and had tendons in it.
And just because you wear gloves during preparation doesn't mean it's contamination-free! Especially not when the lady has already dipped her hands into the individual ingredients and tossed the salad over the ingredients (including the bread pieces).
Super delicious Italian cuisine. There is a whole page on the menu with gluten-free options. It's rare to find that, I'm thrilled. The service is very friendly and very attentive. I would like to go there again the next time I visit my daughter and her family. Clear recommendation!! Thank you, Rosario
Best gluten-free pizza I know. Vapiano Pinsa or Schär/Dr. Oetcker frozen pizzas can't keep up.
The base is always freshly made with Schär flour.
Prices are absolutely top. The staff is nice and tries very hard.
Ambiance… it's a simple/normal snack bar/kebab stand. Nothing and the woman to carry out. Rather, it's more like picking something up and waiting for a while. For the prices that are charged, it's completely okay.
Aesthetically designed location in a central location on the inner harbor with an atmospheric view and ambience. Great menu selection and high-quality dishes that we all enjoyed fantastically. The food was attractively prepared and served. Also an accommodating range of vegan and gluten-free options. Exceptional range of homemade lemonades.
Really lovingly furnished café with a familiar atmosphere and the most beautiful breakfast plates I've ever seen. Vegan, vegetarian or “classic”, all wishes are fulfilled. Delicious as it is! It is recommended to reserve in advance, then you can also pre-order gluten-free, for example.
Have eaten several times and been extremely satisfied. My wife's celiac disease (gluten intolerance) is taken into account every time and responded to individually with a lot of expertise, right up to the creation of a gluten-free alternative. Always happy again!
I have symptomatic celiac disease and tolerated the fries well.
Ketchup is gluten-free, unfortunately the mayo (fry sauce) is not.
The fries were really hot when they were served and for €3.9 you get a nice big portion.
The employees were very friendly and checked in the kitchen whether the mayonnaise contained gluten.
Only fries are fried in the deep fryer, so it remains gluten-free.
A great experience and I would love to come back!
