Super tasty noodles, both “normal” and gluten-free versions at no extra charge. The two owners are super nice and know about contamination for those affected by celiac disease and put together an individual dish.

Celiac disease? - Taken seriously here and no problem. Delicious steak, baked potato and oil and vinegar brought to the table to make your own. Very nice service.
Great café with a relaxed, local atmosphere! A fantastic selection of gluten-free/vegan cakes and other treats, as well as gluten-free breads and rolls upon advance order. Really good :)
Various coffee with oat milk (50ct surcharge) as well as some vegan cakes to choose from, some even gluten-free. Everything is very tasty and has a cozy atmosphere.
I would give it more like 3.5 stars if possible. There were some staff who couldn't answer many questions about gluten, for example, and requests such as getting the fried potatoes without bacon could unfortunately not be fulfilled. So the kitchen lacks a bit of flexibility. Most of the food was quite tasty. The side salad is a bit old-fashioned with the quarter tomato, the canned carrot strips etc.. you can do it once, but it wouldn't entice us a second time.
The two of us spontaneously went to the restaurant. It was extremely well attended, and after a short wait at the counter a seat became available. The service was very attentive, as soon as our rice bowl was empty, a full one was brought without asking. The gluten intolerance wasn't a problem at all 😃. The food was extremely tasty and the price/performance ratio was good.
The size of the superior room was nice. Location optimal. Little storage space but very quiet at night. Strange bar, only open in the evening and you have to order online, even though there are no tablets available. No wonder the bar was deserted. In the restaurant area the chairs are extremely hard with uncomfortable edges. But we were only there for breakfast. That's a big offer. But the vegan cake and gluten-free muffins were out after our first day.
We slept very well on the mattresses and pillows. It was quiet at night. The tip to park opposite was also very nice. The day costs 6 euros. In the hotel parking lot 20 euros.
