Celiac vegan heaven. I have been vegan for years and often feel like my cooking is better than spending money at a vegan restaurant (in the US, but still), and this place is the exception! I ordered the TBLT and nachos and both were fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the food and service.

Ordered “gluten Free” meal for Celiac. They state they can accommodate this dietary need but my meal arrived with a piece of pita in it. I called and they did nothing to rectify the mistake. Said they would email me a voucher for a free meal. Head office emailed me but is now ghosting me. Clearly not safe for people requiring a gluten free diet. People with Celiac disease should definitely avoid. I get that mistakes can happen but not doing anything to rectify the situation is not cool. So as you can see they posted a couple emails and ask that I contact them. So I did. They told me it was too late for a refund. I literally reached out the day of the incident and also a half dozen other times. Clearly they are not willing to resolve the mistake they made. Our family use to be regular customer but I definitely will not return.

The best pita and poutine place in town! This restaurant is a staple for us, we visit almost 3 times a month and order dinner. Their meals are super filling and a great healthy alternative to fast food. They even accomodate for my celiac and make a pita in a bowl for me! The staff are very friendly and approachable and the food is always top tier.

Ever thought a burger made entirely of plants could make you question your loyalty to meat? Me neither - until I tried Odd Burger (75 King Street South, Unit 60, Waterloo, ON, N2J 1P2)! An international fast food joint with newly opened locations in various parts of Ontario, this eatery serves a delicious range of burgers and sides that are entirely plant-based, making them suitable for various dietary restrictions! The last time I went there, I sampled their breakfast menu. The BacUn Maple Crunch was a delightful vegan breakfast sandwich that packed a punch. Featuring house-made seitan bacUn, crafted from oats, chickpeas, and wheat gluten, marinated in a special smoky blend and layered with non-GMO tofu 'egg' seasoned with black salt, crispy golden hash brown, dairy-free cheddar cheese, and a toasted English muffin, all topped with a drizzle of sweet maple syrup, it was a delicious and satisfying way to start the day! The side of tater tot poutine made it even better! Crispy potato tots smothered in a rich plant-based gravy and topped with melty dairy-free mozzarella cheeze shreds created an indulgent and comforting treat. Washed down with a refreshing can of Coca-Cola, the meal was truly satisfying and utterly delectable! Should you find yourself craving a vegan feast or simply a good burger in Waterloo, Toronto, London, Hamilton, Oakville, Oshawa, Vaughan, Windsor, Brampton, or Ottawa (that's just the Ontario locations!), Odd Burger is the place to be. With a delicious menu featuring the healthiest fake meat and the freshest toppings, you are sure to find something to your liking here. Highly recommended! The gluten free burger was actually really good. The bun didn’t fall apart like most gluten free buns. Felt like the burger was made with love. Will definitely be coming back.
