This is the worst food experience at the airport I’ve ever had.
I have celiac disease and a lot of autoimmunity and digestive issues. Today I was at the airport with my 4 year old daughter and husband hopping for a good vacation. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and I was getting hungry. In the menu I found a grilled chicken salad that I was able to eat relatively safe. I purchase it in the box to avoid cross contamination.
Exhausted I sat in the corner stool in their empty cafe. Waitress immediately approached us and told us we can’t be there because it’s dine in. There was a sign “seat yourself” and she said it’s for dine it only. We said that there are no options for my allergy and we purchased food from them, can we stay for 5 minutes and finish salad ? She literally told us with angry face that we should leave. And she repeated “you must leave and can’t take our chair”. I had to throw away in a garbage this salad and drink I purchased from them . I’ll be filing complaint with their headquarters since it’s unethical and purely illegal to treat people with disabilities this way. I would understand if the place would be filled with people and I would take somebody’s else place. Curly red hair waitress in the glasses - shame on you
My favorite burger place! I’m gluten free and dairy free, and I appreciate how this place is able to accommodate my allergies. They have tasty gluten free buns that are also dairy free. I love their tallow fries and the quality of their burgers is amazing!
The lady, who often works there, doesn't understand English well. I, as a Spanish speaker, placed my order with her on 10/8/2022. I asked for a single pattie, bun less burger because my daughter has celiac disease. Well, the pattie was placed in a potato bun! That would have had a severe allergic reaction and I would have ended up in the urgent care next door. Additionally, my wife is allergic to gluten. They put the pattie on a regular bun and that causes cross contamination. Another issue! Does this store know what severe reaction to allergies can cause? Even death in some cases! Does the manager know? The employees are incompetent. With no regard for any consequences of what they are doing for the customers. Stay away from the store on 137 Avenue and 152 Street. That's unless you want to end up in the hospital or worse.
I ate breakfast at this chick filet on Saturday. It was packed. People were cramped together waiting for Togo orders. Aside from the demand of Chick-fil-A , everything was good. The meal well priced and I liked the breakfast bowl. I ate the biscuit with a fork as I can't have gluten. Not sure if you an get the biscuit without the bread. Overall good
The best Burguer in Miami!! I recommend it!! Five Stars. Delicious Brioche Bread ( Gluten Free) , tasty sides. Excellent customer services, Thanks Carlos and Jan. Really I enjoyed the moment.
Though rated by others as a place with gluten free option it is not. The one we went to didn't understand what gluten free or wheat free options are and clearly had cross contamination issues so this restaurant is not a good option for anyone with allergy level celiac disease.
First of all, they are very slow although it’s morning time and everybody is going to work and waiting for their breakfast…
Secondly, the lady at the cashier keeps asking something extra such as avocado and gluten-free bread, but she never tells about the additional charge which is really high. For example, they provide regular bread, including the price but when you ask for gluten-free bread, it’s $2.90 plus tax… Avacado $2.10 plus tax. it’s really expensive and also I would like to say that the cashier should warn the customer that they are going to charge extra five dollars for a small sandwich..
Overall, I don’t even like that atmosphere because it’s very small and people are waiting for their orders and also the line at the cashier at the same place. It’s not a very peaceful place for breaks fast.
Love doggis! Best arepas in the city. Their yuka fries also hit the spot. Gluten free and really easy to make them vegetarian or vegan. They should add a vegan cheese option to their menu
Le colonial was amazing.. and made it even more special by Morgan, who made sure my dairy, gluten in soy allergies, were important to my eating experience
The food was delicious and I highly recommend this restaurant to all
Morgan in the best !!!!
Leilani is incredible. I’ve been stuck in this airport for 3 days where no restaurants have gluten free food. She is the first person who was willing to find an accommodation to keep me fed and safe. I really appreciate it.
AMAZING! I was looking online for a healthy food spot to eat, because of my UC I’m afraid to eat out, but I’m SO glad I found this place! Everything tasted so fresh and so simple yet delicious!! The owners were so nice too, you can tell they really care. The carrot cake was delicious, and perfect for me because it was gluten free and had no added sugar and yet it still tasted amazing. Everything was just perfect 10/10 recommend. They also have meal plans which I’m seriously considering.
I liked it a lot. They have grilled chicken which is ideal and they give gluten-free options which is what I liked the most. Additionally, they offered me a tea with Stevia. And pieces of strawberry that were too good. Very fast service. And everything excellent. That's quite a lot People. But everything flows very fast. And good prices

My husband and I were nervous about grabbing a bite to eat here due to the bad reviews. We both agree that the issues must have been addressed because our experience was what we would expect from this southern staple. The cashier was very kind and took our order with a smile. I ordered a chick-fil-A sandwich w/o pickles and my husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun. Both special requests were fulfilled to a T. We also got a milkshake and our drinks came in insulated sleeves to keep them cool, which was new to us and a nice touch. No issues at all with our orders or with the speed and quality of service.
I went here as this is near Dolphin Mall but without the madness. So I went here for some food. I ordered my usual, the ceo with bacon, egg on a gluten-free bun. I ordered without the aioli as it's not gluten safe. I ordered hotdogs without the bun. Overall good. The burgers are pretty good
Manager was super friendly staff was awesome ; wanted gluten free and he double checked ; really strong staffing / got peanut butter 24oz 10/10 service
I ordered the gluten free grilled chicken and it came with a GF bun sealed in a plastic cover and my sandwich components were sealed as well. This was a great experience.
I went here looking for some other restaurant when I saw this place at the back of the brightline station. I like Joe the Juice because they have gluten free bread. One can also get smoothie or ginger shots as well as green tea. So the whole and cold pressed options are available. One can also get an acai bowl with fruit or nuts. The sandwich choices are pretty good. Overall there are alot of high protein options as well as drink options
