I have a health condition and chose this place specifically because they advertised they offered gluten free options. When I asked for a gluten free sandwich, the woman working was extremely rude and made a very big deal about having to follow the protocol. The other people in the restaurant were starring and I felt so humiliated. I just wanted to leave. 😢 My sandwich wasn't very good. The bread was dry and crumbly and the flavor bland. Even if the sandwich was good, I won't ever go back to a Jersey Mike's just because of how I was treated by the staff. I am sure other staff aren't like this, but I just felt so sad and awful just don't want to go back.

Awesome manager and workers! I have an unfortunate diet that relies on low histamine foods to keep me healthy. Oddly enough, they have some gluten free and low-ish histamine options that work GREAT! The manager walked me through what was in the options I COULD have, super fast. The order didn't take more than 4 minutes start to finish with explanations, and the food was prepared in under 5 minutes. Very impressed with this location! I have yet to have a disappointing experience at Five Guys. The burgers are delicious, and the toppings are a great addition (at no extra cost.) I definitely recommend this restaurant as a Celiac/gluten-free eater. They offer their burgers lettuce-wrapped, and they ask you if it is preference or allergy. Their fries are the only thing fried in their oil, so you don't have to worry about cross-contamination. My husband loves the bacon burger, and my toddler always gets a hot dog. They also enjoy shelling some peanuts while our burgers are being grilled. We love choosing Five Guys when we need a bite to eat.

I want to thank the staff at Jersey Mikes for being so understanding and considerate. I have celiacs and have an extremely hard time finding food that I can eat. When I noticed they had gluten free choices I was happy, but i was blown away when they asked if it celiacs related. When I said yes the staff went into action and cleaned every surface and made sure I was safe. They didn’t complain, they didn’t make faces they did it with a smile. Went here a couple nights ago with my husband who has celiacs. I ordered a regular ham and provolone and my husband ordered the same thing but on the gluten free bread, and the man cutting it was very rude and acted like it was a hassle to wipe things down to make my husband’s sandwich. He looked to be in about his 30’s with a beard. I overheard him tell someone else he was the assistant manager. The rest of the crew was very nice and food was good. We most likely will not be back, since we are obviously a pain. Extremely poor customer service for a manager

Nice atmosphere. We arrived closer to closing time, so we ordered our meals to go. We waited at the bar for the meals to be ready. The bartender was very friendly. The menu has GF noted by the items that can be made gluten free. I ordered a lemon basil chicken, baked potato and side salad. We didn’t realize till we got back to the hotel and after the restaurant closed that it was a plain unseasoned grilled chicken, and no salad. I’m not sure if it was because it was close to the end of the night (an hour), or why these things were forgotten. But they were. The grilled chicken was fine and so was my baked potato.

So bad. The chicken is like they scrape something off the floor, ran it through a grinder and put breading on it. The person taking my order seemed like she really wished we would go away. Not the slightest smile. The tables had spills and crumbs on them. We were the only people in the place and the lady behind the counter was just hanging out, but apparently not about to go wipe a table.
