I am gluten intolerant so I am always afraid about eating out, however this is an amazing place to go! Everything is prepared separate from the buns (which is the only thing that contains gluten) I ordered the single layer lettuce wrap with Cajun fries! It did not disappoint! I love this Braum's store and all Braum's stores. Very family-oriented employees and environment. Grocery store part store has the highest quality ice cream and milk anywhere while still maintaining almost the lowest prices. SNAP (food stamps) friendly. Fresh fruit. Fresh bread. Gluten-free section. Opens at 6am. Stays open til 10:45pm. Always have clean bathrooms and clean lobby.
