I had NEVER had a McDonald's hamburger in my life before coming to this location. I have Celiac disease and even the fry oil in the US contains wheat for flavor, so I haven't had actual McDonald's fries in 4 years.
This location is steps away from the Opera Metro and the Teatro Real theater.
Ordering is a breeze at the kiosks in multiple languages. I ordered a gluten-free burger with a gluten-free bun at no extra cost! I also ordered a gluten-free beer and fries with a seasoning packet.
While even before my celiac diagnosis I had never had a McDonald's hamburger, it was totally not an option after my diagnosis until I came here. My burger came with a Schar bun, 2 beef patties, 2 slices of white cheese and bacon. It wasn't horrible but I definitely wasn't missing out.
The fries were okay. The gluten-free beer tasted like real lager and came with a paper cup.
Service was fast and delivered to your table rather than you waiting for your order to be called. Tables were bussed quickly and we were able to find a seat both times my husband and I came here despite the fact it was incredibly busy.
Service was great and the fact there are multiple celiac options in every category is what made this a 4 rather than a 3 star for me.

A very spacious place, with beautiful decoration. It has an extensive breakfast menu, including gluten-free breakfasts. The coffee is very good and we tried the acai bowl and bluberry chia-pudding and both were very good. And the price is also very good. You order at the entrance, where they give you the coffee and a sign and the rest is brought to your table.
Very nice atmosphere, cool for the hot day.
Maite, the waitress who served us, was very nice, friendly, and attentive. I only knew I couldn't eat all the side dishes because I'm celiac, and she gave me all the options. It's important to train waiters on this topic; it's important for us celiacs.
Food: The burgers took a while to arrive, but since we weren't in a hurry, we weren't too worried, but they did take a while. The flavor was delicious, and having gluten-free options is ideal 😉
Possibly the best gluten-free burger I have ever had in my life.
I had to check with the staff if it was gluten-free because I didn't believe the bread was authentic.
Simply incredible.
The flavors of the meat, cheese and others are also very good.
The employees are very knowledgeable.
I knew this place in Barcelona (% gluten-free) and we went to try it because we loved it. We arrived first and I took the opportunity to speak directly to the kitchen and clarify a comment I had read about gluten... it turns out that all the ingredients, sauces, fries, flours are gluten-free, with the exception of the hamburger bun... I saw the separate griddle on which it was made, they assured me that they would be careful with handling and it didn't seem very dramatic to me, since after all there was no one else and we were in a Fish and Chips place.
I am celiac and I did not have any symptoms, but in the hour and a half that we were there, I saw about 10 or 15 tables filled with hamburgers and only hamburgers... so, although Carmen and Jay have been very kind with their explanations and attention, I do not think that it can be considered a safe place for celiac people at all given the size of the kitchen and that there is only one person who spends the night handling bread
Very delicious food, very well seasoned with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
It caught my attention that they don't have gluten-free bread, it wouldn't be bad if they added it to their menu. As a gluten-free option you can take vegetables to accompany the hummus instead of bread.
The cucumber mojito is my favorite drink.
It is usually very busy.
The food was delicious. Quality ingredients and excellent flavor. Without a doubt, a place to go back to, especially because I have celiac disease and they have a gluten-free option. It is true that it would have been better if they had the burrito adapted for celiacs, better than a plate. But for everything else, excellent.
On the other hand, I have to congratulate you on that GREAT WORKER you have, Víctor. He was kind, polite, friendly, attentive and detailed. After preparing the burrito for my friend, she took off her gloves, washed her hands and part of her arm, and grabbed new gloves. It is an act that should be done whenever there is an intolerance or allergy, but it is not done in all restaurants, so you have to praise and flatter that detail that you had.
The experience was much more positive thanks to your attention.
CONGRATULATIONS TO HIM FOR HIS WORK! And to you for that great worker.
Fast and delicious food as it should be, friendly staff and the tall, bald manager has been very kind and respectful as he has given me information about gluten-free food. I will come back again if I stop by the terminal!
The attention was horrible, the woman was all hurriedly answering me anything instead of listening to my question, she didn't even know the gluten-free options they have in the store. And to eat gluten free, just 2 options. Ham and cheese or turkey with onion, finish.
Dirty bathrooms and general hygiene not very good.
Amazing burgers and gluten-free. They served us very well, and we really appreciate their honesty and information. They were very knowledgeable about celiac disease and even cleaned the grill to be sure. We talked about what we could and couldn't eat, recommending and advising us on what was best and if any ingredients contained gluten.
The gluten-free bread is a 10/10; it doesn't crumble and is delicious. We will return and recommend it.
The perfect finishing touch would be the fries, a separate fryer, even if it's small.
Thanks to the staff!!
I have intolerance for a gluten. And I am really happy, that there a possibility to eat gluten free chesbourger/whropper. So thanks to that place for that possibility

They made my hamburger with lettuce as bread because I am celiac.
We were 2 people and there was little gluten-free variety. The staff is nice and correct and the place is very street, very underground. The food is not incredible but it is delicious. We expected more.
I just bought, among other things, a hamburger happy meal with gluten-free bread, and when we got home we found out that the bread was gluten-free. If they offer gluten-free products, they have to exercise extreme caution, it is a health issue.

The girl who helped me informed me very well about the 2 gluten-free options they had and all the ingredients I could add. Everything delicious! Even the spicy potatoes were delicious and I swear I could still taste them the next day after brushing my teeth and rinsing with mouthwash! Tremendous. Additionally, the cook made sure I received the right food upon delivery. A great deal!
The place was very clean, as well as the bathrooms (pleasant surprise) and the music was not too loud and you could have a conversation.
By the way, I recommend cola drinks with strawberry or other flavors. Very original to get out of the monotony. I would repeat a thousand times. Highly recommended!
The truth is that it was good, I had a gluten-free ham and cheese pizza and it was delicious, the problem was that we ate it at the store and they had no way to cut it without contaminating the pizza, however it was good. Small place but no problem

We will have ordered about 10 times from this place and 8 of them the incomplete order (1 less burger, no fries... depending on the day). My partner is allergic to gluten and the hamburger they brought him one day was gluten-free, this is not only unprofessional but also dangerous.
