Amazing delicious and fresh options. Love that they can accommodate those with celiac disease/gluten free. The GF breakfast burritos are amazing and the GF spicy fried chicken sandwich is another favorite.
From the moment I walked in I was first blown away by the amazing customer service I received. Then I ordered my food to go and when I got home with my order that was recommended to me because I have to have gluten free I was blown away first by the amount of food. Then I tasted that garlic and black pepper banger and mash and I am hooked!!! It will be at least two nights of dinner for me. But oh my goodness was it delicious!!! The hostess that recommended it couldn’t have been more right if she tried!!! I am so grateful to her.
My wife is currently sitting at Urgent Care with an allergy attack with requeires several steroids to open her throat because one of your employees mixed up the sandwich order. She has gluten sensitivities and they gave her a non-GF sandwich. No receipt either. I will be reaching out to corporate about this. She came in with a large order at 1:30pm on 6/13/25 for take out, not drive thru. Your prompt response in this matter would be appreciated.
UPDATE 6/23/25: Still have not heard anything from the franchisee or management about this incident. It seems like the franchisee owner(s) DO NOT care about customers that get food-borne illnesses from their own restaurant. I spoke with a lady that works there that was in management that took info down but no one followed up. I would STRONGLY URGE potential customers that have sensitivities to steer clear from this place.
Overall this place gets a solid F across the board.
As someone who is Celiac I love having a convenient grab and go food option but.... they're very often not open the hours they say they are and don't feel like they need to tell anyone either. It's extremely frustrating.
