This is the best Costa Vida! We have celiac, and they are always so great about being careful about food allergies. The staff is extremely kind and goes out of their way to take care of everyone!
I am BEYOND pissed. I made an online order 35 minutes before I got there and not only did it take them 20+ minutes to get my food ready, having to wait in the normal line which was long already but then also having to watch them bring out other people’s food and make me go around the corner and wait ANOTHER 10 minutes. On top of that, I’m very allergic to gluten which is why I always get grilled chicken, but some yahoo cook who works there decided to put bits and pieces of fried chicken on my Cobb salad. Nobody there did anything right. I seriously deserve a refund in my opinion.
We love coming here! We have to make sure our food is Gluten Free for celiac disease, and this is one place we ALWAYS trust. Cooper took our order and was very kind and helpful! Definitely will keep coming back
