Joseph was a big help! The store has everything you need if you are gluten free, vegan, organic, and a healthy eater. They also have a wide selection of vitamins. Don't forget to ask about their military discount when checking out. Also the store is very clean and organized. Highly recommend.

Many many vegan options as well as vegetarian options and gluten-free options keto as well. Everything is clearly labeled and marked. The staff is friendly and helpful. However items that are sold at Walmart and other large chain stores are at least $2 less than what Sprout sells them for there is quite a bit of markup it's an expensive process to shop there so keep your list small.

I recently found out I'm allergic to Soybean, Wheat, Corn & Peanuts, which calls for a completely new diet. My fiance & I went to this location in hopes of finding some food that fit around this new diet. Not only were we able to find food that I could eat but the workers were very friendly! One of the stockers asked if we needed help & let us know about the gluten-free isle that they had, which here lately, you don't ever see friendly staff overally much anymore. We also found some yummy meals on clearance as well. :)

It's Whole Foods....what's not to love?! They have the absolute best flowers. But this round I stopped to grab lunch for me and a friend. In the prepared foods section I found things that we both could eat and that's saying something because I'm vegetarian AND gluten free. And the best part was that they had napkins and utensils to take as well. Plus, the customer service experience there is phenomenal! Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a wholistic grocery store, this is it! Especially for those with special dietary needs like organic or gluten-free. All of their produce is organic, and they have some of the best selections of organic food items. For a health food store the prices are usually great, especially for their weekly sales. There is a vitamin section with almost every kind of supplement as well as a natural hygiene product section. The staff is also always so kind and clearly also cares about nutrition and sustainability. I highly recommend this store for those conscious about what they are eating and who may have strict dietary preferences or restrictions.

Good store carrying fresh goods in various sections. They do have a dedicated section for gluten free and dairy free options. Fresh fruits and vegetables, good and healthy collection in bulk foods section, Useful Vitamins, good dairy and non dairy options, juices, and Meat section is good. Also a good place to get authentic basic Indian food,(made in the DFW area). Look for it in the refrigerator section , middle of store,near the back). Love this place, little on high cost side, but the food and all other products are natural, fresh etc... oh they have gluten-free makeup. I bought some gluten-free mascara and what a difference. My eyes finally didn't itch nor bug me. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I started going to their store just to check it out and food choices been liking their Mexican organic coffee decaf lots of gluten free choices probiotics and they also sell food their so today I tried their food bowl sadly their rice was under cooked and pastries not tasting fresh guess we should of gotten their earlier other than that still going back for their coffee.

Stopped by because my mom wanted pasta for lunch. I really don't want to post this but I feel like I need to 😞 Hostess: Was greeted by the hostess who seemed like she did not want to be there and she led us to a table in the back. I returned to the front immediately after setting my jacket down to tell her we wanted a table more on the inside and she acted like she didn't know we were the last ones she sat 😭 she said she would not move us as we were already officially sat and when i asked if there was another solution she rolled her eyes and called someone over. Server: Poor girl didn't understand my gluten intolerance and when I asked for her to check with the kitchen she came back with no answers. I noticed gluten free pasta on the menu so I chose something simple with that pasta. She returned with the dish not being sure if it was gluten free and she stated it as she set the plate down. She brought it back and my mom ate her lunch while I waited for the double checked (?) Remade gluten free pasta was done. It came back with a large piece of regular bread on top 😭🥺 Please don't come here if you have an allergy. I am worried someone who is more sensitive than me would not be able to handle it here. My mom said her experience was 5/10 for being a regular eater tho.

I have been shopping here for over 8 years. The staff are friendly, helpful when you ask them about anything you’re looking for. I have never seen so much variety of Organic products and Gluten Free products, also Vegan Foods it’s just so many different delicious choices in there Hot food section, There Pizza is absolutely delicious. The gentleman who name is Eddy is so respectful and seems to know every time I walk up with my Husband or even when my Son and his kids. We all go constantly to this specific location by Arboretum. A clean grocery store it’s amazing how “Eddy “ knows what we like on the Pizzas it’s just so yummy and he makes the best Pizza. He keeps his work area very clean that’s so important when you’re working with food. No contamination in there. I highly recommend that you shop here every week like I and my family do. A Big shout out to such great staff this store has. I will continue to shop here every Saturday morning.
