It saddens me to write a negative review. My husband and I order all the time. How are the past two times there’s been issues. I have a gluten allergy, therefore always have to order the gluten-free pizzette. It’s one of my favorites in Raleigh! The past two times it’s come on the normal pita. The store was very kind on fixing the issue the first time. However, tonight I called and everything else came fine and normal except for mine. I called back and explained the situation and thanked them that we at least had the gluten-free pita. I spoke to a very sweet woman who then transferred me to this man. I am only assuming he Is the manager And if he is, I’m so sorry. All he kept saying was it was not his fault it was DoorDash’s fault and that I was being rude. I was crying. I just had surgery and my emotions are everywhere but the one thing I wanted was my gluten-free fig mint pizzette and this guy was just telling me I was being rude and hurting his feelings. I don’t know when crying and getting upset was being rude. If it is, I apologize. However, I will think twice before ordering or going to Sassool

Review in English + Spanish This bakery was such a gem to find! The inside is super cute, and they offer a nice variety of products—including some vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options. Usually, they have about 1 to 3 flavors available that meet those needs, but they can sell out quickly, so I recommend ordering ahead or stopping by earlier in the day. My favorite is their vegan, gluten-free strawberry cupcake—it tastes like there's real jam mixed into the frosting. You can really taste the strawberry throughout, and it's just the right balance of sweetness. That said, one thing to note: they store the gluten-free cupcakes on the top shelf of the display with non-gluten-free items, which could be an issue for people with celiac disease or serious cross-contamination concerns. Also, there have been a couple of times when the cupcake quality wasn't consistent, which was disappointing—but most of the time, they taste great. The frosting is on the sweeter side and very generously applied. If you're not big on sweet frosting, I actually recommend saving some to spread on other baked goods (I do that!) or sandwiching the cupcake by cutting it in half. I've also had coffee from here, and I've never had a bad reaction to any of their drinks or baked goods. Just a heads-up: there's limited street parking nearby, and it's paid—so plan ahead if you're driving. Overall, a lovely spot worth checking out—with just a few things to keep in mind if you have dietary restrictions. Very good burgers, with gluten free options both for buns and for sides. The medium rare beef burger just melts in your mouth, and the gluten free chicken tenders and tater tots are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The wait is also quick, we've been here twice and got our food within 10 minutes. We ate our food before I could remember to take photos, so here's the clean plate club. They also have a rewards club that offers free burgers and such, if you like app/rewards clubs.

Laid back, good portions of delicious food, good service. A great variety for multiple tastes. Lots of gluten free, soy free options so I get to *choose* from the menu. That doesn't happen often. I didn't think to take the photo before i ate, but this is the jackfruit biryani which was fabulous!
