We visited the buffet with my celiac daughter, we are very happy that we found it close to where we live! The burgers are delicious, the buns are plentiful, the service is nice and friendly. The breads are very delicious and really good for diabetics, for example they do not use corn flour at all. It's great that they also pay attention to this, because in the gluten-free category they most often work with corn flour, which in turn spikes blood sugar.
The bakery cookies are also very delicious and the material is not skimped on :) The poppy seed roll contains so many poppy seeds and is so delicious that it is the best poppy seed I have tasted so far.
In terms of prices, in the gluten-free category, I think the price level is normal. It is not worth comparing with corn flour gluten-free bakeries. Millet flour, chickpeas and almonds are much more expensive than corn flour.
It can't be easy to bake bread with a soft lining from these flours, I haven't even started to try this at home, so I'm very glad that there is a place close by that you can turn to.
The service and communication are also very kind, they answer all kinds of "so what is included and what is not?" with great patience for questions 😆
