Awesome options for people with celiac disease and dairy intolerance! I love that they have espresso options and some middle eastern flavors, too. My great aunt said this was one of the best nectar cream snoballs she's ever had 🙂

Food was fresh, fries tasted great. I didn't try to avocado bacon burger but the avocado was sliced thick and looked good. Gluten free bun was not soft. No ice for water. No employees in floor except to pass out food. Plenty of employees behind counter. They were very nice at counter though. Place was clean looking. No kid meals on menu.

PICCOLA GELATERIA IS THE REAL DEAL! Ria creates gelato with love, knowledge, and only the purest ingredients! If are buying “gelato” any where else in New Orleans, you are not eating the real deal. Other “gelato” storefronts are serving you Ice cream dressed up as gelato. Piccola Gelateria creates the softest, smoothest, creamiest, yummy goodness! She has dairy-free options that have no right to be called dairy-free. All but the Cookies Black are gluten-free. Take a trip to Italy without leaving New Orleans and visit PICCOLA GELATERIA

Amazing atmosphere. Great vibe. Staff is friendly and was willing to learn about gluten allergy & cross contamination. Walked in right before closing and was treated like a VIP. The Mango Madness with Fruity Pebbles and Raspberry Sauce was divine! Will definitely be a frequent flyer.
