Thank you for a fantastic first meal in Apulia! I messaged ahead of time to enquire about celiac and allergies and the person responding was so kind and helpful - sometimes it's easy to forget how scary it is for people with allergies and the staff here were super respectful and kind. The gluten free pizza was great! As was the regular for my husband! We ordered takeaway to surprise my parents at the airport with too 😍 I hope we can return. I recommend to everyone and especially to not fear contacting if you have allergies. Grazie! Also, AMAZING prices.

We ordered 4 gluten-free pizzas to take away. Super fast and responsive service by message for the order and very friendly staff on site (even though they were in a big rush). The gluten-free pizza dough wasn't the best of those we tasted during our stay but it's already so good to be able to have gluten-free pizza. On the other hand, the garnish was great! A great address for those with gluten intolerance in Polignano!

I feel like giving my best as the quality, hospitality and charm of the place are guaranteed in this restaurant. A true paradise for celiacs, who can taste almost all of the same dishes as us, starting from the gluten free taralli that were brought at the start of lunch, to the handmade orecchiette and the hot bread. The wait between courses is minimal, the staff is friendly and the prices are fair for the location and the quality of the food. I would go back immediately.

Wow, I had an amazing gluten free pasta here! When I tasted it I didn’t believe it was gluten free ⭐️ we had this cheese starter for which they had gluten free bread, this was delicious and the ravioli was also great. We really enjoyed the food here and it was a nice atmosphere :)
