I found myself staying in the area for work for a week and I couldn't help but make it a regular stop. All delicious, both sweet and savory. I have been celiac for 23 years and I can say that they are among the best products I have ever eaten, if not the best. The product is always excellent, from freshly baked to evening, without the need to heat it. A paradise for all celiacs who find themselves passing through. MAGNIFICENT.

Typical flavors of our Sicily, kind and professional staff, the owner is truly a very good person!!! Celiacs can eat everything, from starters to desserts and even pizzas!!! I advise!

We celebrated my son's 18th birthday at “Villa le Cisterne”. What can I say...Beautiful location, very well looked after. We were super pampered by all the staff and then a big thank you goes to chef Davide, who delighted our palates with his dishes. We had a wonderful evening. Everything impeccable. Good job, everyone. Super recommended I forgot that the guests with food intolerances happily ate their gluten-free meal.

The gluten-free veal pistachio burger was great, as were the fries. And the salmon, too. Highest recommendation.

Very good gluten free options and the fettuccini alfredo with truffle and show cooking was incredible
Via Castello Ursino, 59, Catania, Italy
I recommend getting a reservation, available for 7:00 or 9:00. We did not have one and were seated since we showed up at 7:00, but the turned a lot of people away after us. Gluten free pasta and bread were available.
Via Vespri, 20, Caltagirone, Italy
Bonus: they make great gluten free pizza!
