This was our first time at Bianca. They opened about a month ago. I wasn’t sure at first because there had been so many other restaurants that opened and closed in this spot. And let me say that I was happily surprised. We’ll go back again and again to try the rest of the menu. Lots of options for gluten free as well. The cheese cake was really good. Try the artichoke salad. It’s a great experience but make a reservation because it fills up fast.

They have an incredible gluten free pizza here! You can choose any of the pizzas and select “gluten free allergy” for crust when ordering online, but I prefer to call in and note “gluten free” directly. So far my favorite pizza in the Greenwich area. The Firecracker pizza is VERY spicy, but delicious, and the Margherita is fantastic.
