I was going to make a reservation a few months ago and I asked about what their protocol was on how they cook their gluten-free pasta… they mentioned that they cook gluten-free pasta in the same water that was used for pasta containing gluten! That is not safe for a person with Celiac!

Found this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the food. My friends and I tried the bruschetta, calamari, penne vodka, fettuccine alfredo, and pasta al Angelo, and tiramisu which were all fantastic! They also have gluten-free penne and pizza dough for any GF people! Highly recommend!!
