Very large room, well kept and clean. Menu with typical dishes and a wide choice of pizzas also with wholemeal and gluten-free dough! We went on a Saturday evening so the place was very busy and some pizzas arrived late and a couple were not well cooked but overall a place to keep in mind in the area around Crema!
Food Factory, tried with friends for the first time, (Friday 26 April 2024) a very well-kept and welcoming place. It looks good IMMEDIATELY, with a large car park and just before the entrance a well-lit corner with sofas and armchairs to smoke a cigarette after eating, in complete tranquility. As soon as you enter you are greeted by 2 very kind young ladies of good professionalism and very attentive throughout the dinner. The kindness of the staff is disarming. The menu selectable from QR on the table winks at technology, in a classic context with candles on the tables, a contrasting, brilliant and welcome dualism. The gastronomic offer is quite varied and ranges from pizzas (in different types), to burgers, to more refined dishes. IN PARTICULAR the offer of PIZZAS: classic and Neapolitan for the most demanding also GOURMET. All offered with quality ingredients with attention to allergens. Dough leavened for up to 72 hours on a "scrocchia" basis, or on a rice or gluten-free basis, in short, the paradise of high quality pizzas. Also the EXCELLENT SWEETS to be enjoyed absolutely. In the general context, a place worth trying and returning to, FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES. I recommend booking as there aren't many places. Two notes to point out, the bathrooms should be better marked, some plastic plans that are out of place and some paintings a little out of context, all easily improvable. 100% JACK RECENZO RECOMMENDED
While passing through Cremona we chose a celiac-friendly restaurant for my sister and we went
Very well,. Central area, clean environment, excellent food, gluten-free pizza, excellent friendly staff, highly recommended
Called before arriving at the restaurant asking if they had a "restaurant" for lunch and after the affirmative answer on the phone we decided to go. Once we entered the restaurant we were told that on Sunday lunch they ONLY do pizza. We order three out of four gluten-free pizzas. The base of the pizza is the ready-made one from Schar, and also badly cooked since it was a little raw. Scarcity of tomato and the lactose-free mozzarella truly inedible. Also ordered a vegetarian pizza specifying twice without mozzarella, and when it arrived it obviously had mozzarella and so we sent it back, and brought it back with raw courgettes on top.
The gluten free pizza was good though.
Last negative note, the unprofessional and unkind staff, bordering on rude.
excellent value for money, we were a group of nine guys, we all ordered different things, and we were all very satisfied with the food offered. The menu is not only very varied but also offers gluten- and lactose-free alternatives, equally valid alternatives. The atmosphere of the restaurant is good and the staff is very kind and helpful, they listen carefully to the customer's needs and do everything possible to satisfy the requested needs.
Great food, great welcome!
As a celiac I often have difficulty in many restaurants, here I felt pampered and I noticed attention, sensitivity and preparation associated with excellent food, including bread that I don't remember eating willingly and good for a long time
We went this Sunday for the Brunch proposal, a welcoming and well-kept place, friendly and helpful staff (we also had 2 small girls and they paid particular attention to both the cost-meal ratio and the accommodation), varied, excellent and fresh buffet with a choice of sweet, savory, vegan and gluten free options.
Recommended as an excellent alternative to the usual Sunday family lunch!!
A friend had wanted to try the restaurant for a while. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great time.
The place is well looked after, you can see the attention to detail in the furnishings and above all the atmosphere is calm.
The staff is very kind, super helpful and attentive to the customer. The service was also fast.
It's the first time I've set foot in an Indian restaurant. I didn't know what to expect since I don't particularly like spices or spiciness but I was very curious to try.
Taking a look at the menu you can immediately notice the variety of dishes. There really is something for all tastes and above all the vegetarian, vegan and intolerance options are well signposted (the online menu is excellent with the section entirely dedicated to gluten intolerances. Not everyone has this type of attention, congratulations!) .
The menu is well done, the dishes are all described so as to give an idea even to inexperienced customers like me who have little knowledge of typical cuisine.
The cocktails offered are also very curious!
I chose to be cautious and focus on vegetarian options. Everything excellent. Not only is the food good and plentiful but it is also beautiful to look at (and here I reiterate the attention to detail: the same care that can be seen in the furnishings can also be found in the presentation of the dishes).
For the bill I expected to pay more given that the food seemed to me to be of excellent quality, well looked after and the service also had no problems.
The only flaw is not coming here sooner! I will definitely be back!!
Meanwhile, I leave my best wishes for your fourth year of opening. It is never so obvious to find service and product quality at your level! Keep it up!!

Arizona 66: An American experience in the heart of Lombardy
American atmosphere at Palazzo Pignano:
Arizona 66 isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience. Upon entering, you will be transported to the United States of America, surrounded by vintage memorabilia, warm wood furnishings and an open kitchen that will make you feel like you are part of the preparation of your meal. The place is large and welcoming, with an outdoor area perfect for the hottest days.
Grilled meat and American specialties:
The menu offers a wide choice of typical American dishes, with a focus on grilled meats. You can enjoy succulent burgers, steaks and high-quality ribs, coming from selected organic farms. There is no shortage of options for vegetarians and celiacs, as well as side dishes of grilled vegetables and delicious sandwiches. More than just a restaurant:
Arizona 66 is also a meeting place for events and parties with live music. You can enjoy fun evenings with friends or family, immersed in the lively atmosphere of the venue. The staff is young, dynamic and attentive to your needs, ready to recommend the perfect dish for every palate.

Very nice and welcoming location, very friendly staff, excellent quality of food, very good cocktails...we went for an aperitif on Sunday evening...super satisfied...right quantity (no point in exaggerating, it would just be a waste) ... you can have gluten free dishes 😎

Care and attention for food allergy problems
Top quality meat
Excellent pizza, not to mention the goodness of the lactose and gluten-free desserts
