⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was really impressed from the dining experience at this restaurant. The gluten-free dishes are exceptional, prepared with care and skill that are rare to find. Every bite is an explosion of flavor, without ever sacrificing quality or texture. The frying is light and crunchy, a real pleasure for the palate. The meticulous attention to detail in each course is evident, from the impeccable presentations to the selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with attentive and courteous staff who made our evening even more special. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Gluten and lactose free pizza among the best I've ever eaten. They have a small dedicated oven for celiacs, therefore limited availability but absolutely worth enjoying!

The Seafood Risotto was especially good. They recommended a local wine to us that was also very delicious. The experience was ultimately very pleasant, although when we arrived we had to wait a long time to be served, and the man who seems to be the owner was not treating one of his waiters very well. Highlight the warm and very friendly attention of the tall, blonde waiter. They invited us to a shot of myrtle, which was delicious. Quite a detail. Plus, they have Sardinian gluten-free bread.

They have pizza and some gluten free pasta dishes! My mother and sister ordered fresh pasta (this one already contains gluten) and they said it was delicious. On top of that, they are friendly, they play good music and it is not particularly expensive. Recommendable!

Very nice and well looked after restaurant. It is located near the main square with numerous car parks, bars and shops of various kinds. We went today for lunch. There were 16 of us including one celiac and one lactose intolerant. There was a lot of attention. Highly recommended

The hotel is excellent, old, small and cozy, the person in charge of check-in is very friendly and always attentive. The restaurant's food is excellent, simply magnificent. The staff is very friendly and the price-quality ratio is ideal. We ate 2 people. 2 starters plus 2 mains, a bottle of wine and a dessert and we paid €100. It's great to go as a couple. The only thing that didn't surprise me was the dessert, I ordered a tiramisu and it was gluten-free. The truth is, it was good, "functional" but not like the rest of the food, which was exquisite.

Super place, super helpful staff starting from the owner, a young and smart guy, we were there several times during our stay in Bosa and we always had a good time, requests for those intolerant to gluten were satisfied, both with pizza and with frying (just call ahead to have specific gluten-free products ready and organize the kitchen). We tried a bit of everything from pizza to seafood tasting through the various first courses, I must say everything was excellent with generous portions. They are very quick in their service to satisfy requests (having a small child we wanted him to eat as soon as possible). Fair price for the quality offered, top of mind, you have to try their fregola. Superlative!
