I ate a gluten-free pizza for celiac patients after 6 months of abstinence due to food problems. Fantastic pizza, very good. I annoyed the staff more than once with my requests and information about the pizzas, and, even though the place was full, they responded with kindness, courtesy and professionalism in giving me explanations, accompanied by a disarming smile... There were such helpful and kind people in catering in general... I highly recommend it to everyone.... Keep going guys, the path to success is the right one..... 110 cum laude with academic kiss ...

Water and flour pizzeria: excellent pizza, digestible and with excellent ingredients. Fantastic staff and owner... and finally some of the best gluten free pizza... go water and flour.

Lovely location, wide variety of food and all very good. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Wide choice also for GLUTEN FREE. Now it's a fixed stop twice a year when I travel!

I have celiac disease and I must say that it is the best gourmet restaurant even for gluten intolerants. Excellent food and masterfully plated. I would give 10 stars but I can only give 5. Of course, everything is extraordinarily good even for non-celiacs.

Today 19 May 2024 I went to a communion and I can only say that everything was top of the top especially my celiac son for the first time did not feel "different" compliments to the super patient and courteous staff always and to the owner who is always present and accurate in detail. Excellent food THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️
