Celiac friendlyLow risk of cross-contamination
The food was very tasty, the waiters were kind and helpful and the story of the celiac boy who feels different because he can't eat gluten is a little strange since practically everything exists without gluten, but I respect the chef's determination in creating the perfect gluten-free dough. Great place.

Gluten-free breakfast with a wide choice of sweets (croissants, almond cake, rice cake, cream puffs...) but also some savory dishes from the Replay laboratory (bread and tulips). The thing that surprised me the most was that I was offered the possibility of heating the croissant I had chosen, which demonstrates knowledge of the problems related to gluten-free food which is often not very pleasant if consumed cold.
