This is the BEST curry I have ever had…hands down. Every time I’m in Kamakura, I head to Gokuraku Curry for lunch. It’s naturally gluten free (I’m allergic to wheat and gluten) so have been so lucky to have found this place! It’s a set meal that includes chicken curry, rice, salad and chai tea. It’s so delicious, I always savor every single bite. If you live in Japan, you can also order frozen curry online to be delivered to your home.

It is located about a 5 minute walk towards the sea from Hase Station. A cafe located facing Yuigahama where you can enjoy organic and gluten-free cupcakes. The interior of the store, which is a renovated 50-year-old house, is very nice. The cupcakes do not contain flour or eggs, so even those with allergies can enjoy them without worry. This cupcake has a nice gentle sweetness. The whitebait pizza made with rice flour dough had a crunchy texture that perfectly matched the fragrant grilled cheese with the salty taste of the whitebait, and the freshness of the pink pepper was delicious. The coffee also had a nice aroma and I liked it. When I visited Hase Station, I visited this cafe again.

I come here for flawless coffee and the super delicious gluten free cookies! The service is friendly, the guy is always super sweet to customers! Also the banana açai is amazing!
