As a coeliac I consider myself a gluten free food veteran. The croissant and sausage rolls are by far the best I’ve had!! The prices are reasonable for gluten free :) Also hot tip, gluten free food is known to be slightly hard and dense. Nothing wrong with the sweet pastries needing to be heated up for the best experience. Very glad the shop offers to heat up all items :)

they have so many amazing gluten free food options in the whole gluten free cabinet . They’ve got great service, as well as the best atmosphere to enjoy your meal in. I came in today and ordered the avo smash , they are lovely 😊.

We had takeaway 2 nights in a row whilst visiting the Sunshine Coast recently. The food was absolutely delicious and almost everything was available gluten free!!! The staff were wonderful and we all agreed it was some of the best Chinese we have eaten. Thank you for offering gluten free, it is so rare that I can eat Chinese food so I was very excited when I found your menu.

Great stop for people with gluten/dairy allergies. I ordered the avocado affirmations- I removed the sourdough toast to make it a bowl, and added two poached eggs. Server was very friendly, food was super tasty. 10/10 will be back - this is a must stop in Caloundra!

This is a great little spot for dinner. We had a gluten free pizza and a parmy and both were really good. Service was friendly.
