While looking for a gluten-free breakfast spot in Toronto on Find Me Gluten Free, we came across a highly-rated place and decided to give it a try. I must say, this is the best gluten-free and vegan spot I've tried here, especially for the coffee. I ordered a mocha, and it was the best cafe mocha I've ever had. Made with real dark chocolate, it had that distinct bitter taste, complemented by coconut cream and a splash of maple syrup, along with some added spices—it was amazing. We also had steel-cut oats and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious, not overly sweet, gluten-free, and vegan. If you're ever in Downtown Toronto, check this place out; you'll love it.
Good smash burger. Gluten free buns available and were surprisingly not dry or as crumbly as most gluten free buns are (also were pretty jumbo). Fries are also apparently not coated in anything and are gluten free. A bit pricey for a smash burger but the place is a good vibe and nice outdoor seating too.
Good breakfast. I always get the gluten friendly pancakes, and they sit well ( celiac ). I would strongly recommend joining the waitlist before going. It's a great option !
The service is outstanding even on a busy day!! I absolutely love Sandra my family thinks she is just wonderful. I also have celiac disease and it amazed me how informed she is with everything. I would literally come here just for her😂🥲 the food is also excellent.
The most lovely and delicious experience! Ordered catering for 10 and every. single. dish was exquisite and the portions were so plentiful! The folks here were so helpful with my order and made great recommendations. Communication and delivery was beyond my expectations. Very well organized, packaged and labelled (really accommodated my gluten allergy). I would give 6 stars if I could.
Went all the way here for gluten-free crepes, but they were out. So we got the gluten-free pizza, that seemed like they just microwaved a frozen one. Pretty terrible. The pulled pork waffle was just ok, very salty.
This place is way too incredible to not be filled with people daily!!! Real fruit, real salad, real keto and gluten free waffles!!!! Just look at my pics - I had an incredible experience - you will too!
My son is celiac and we are always concerned with possible cross contamination especially at restaurants that aren’t dedicated gluten-free.
Dilhara (I’m sorry if I’m spelling the name wrong) was amazing and clearly allergy-aware. She made sure to change her gloves, and use toppings that were under the counter where the risk of cross contamination was minimal. Excellent care and attention to customer service for allergies.
Thanks you Dilhara!
I recently visited Bar Burrito and was blown away by the flavorful food and vibrant atmosphere! The burritos were generous in size, packed with fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our glasses were always full.
The real standout, however, was the variety of options available - from classic vegan and gluten-free choices, there's something for everyone. Whether you're a burrito connoisseur or just looking for a quick, delicious meal, Bar Burrito is a must-visit!
Stock has an extensive gluten free menu with a lot of choice. We tried a couple different wines and really enjoyed their selection. Only giving four stars because my husband and I both felt our entrees were under seasoned.
Good here is always amazing and the staff are friendly and efficient. They are great about listing their ingredients too, which makes it for picky people like me to find yummy food. I’m vegan and gluten free. Not sure if it’s celiac friendly though.
Jessica was a lovely host and made the experience wonderful with my mother who is gluten free. Glad to hear they are actively working on more/new options for gluten free as well! Tons of drink/food options and lots of daily deals :)
The staff were super kind! I’m celiac and they were able to assist me with a gluten free option (as best they could given they also serve wheat). Food is really tasty!
Love coming here for a quick gluten-free lunch. It's so nice that the whole menu is so accommodating. Also staff was super friendly and helpful at this location a
Great beers, great menu, great music, great service. ‘Nuff said! Glutenberg beer available most of the time if you are wheat or gluten intolerant. Lots of choices for their brews for those who are not. I loved my kale salad with salmon and hubby loved his smoked sausages w/ basil dill pesto and seasoned potato wedges. Outside seating is nice, but on the parking lot.
I have celiac disease and this is one of the few restaurants that I can eat at without getting sick at all. The food is always fresh, piping hot, and handled with care. Also always hits the spot. So yummy.
Delicious, healing and so much variety! Gluten-free, every sauce made from scratch, plant-based and no imitation meats. Which company really cares that much about your health? Delectable Dishes does
Polite staff, homey meals. They clearly label allergens on the menu (vegetarian and gluten-free). Ordered the cajun salmon and was not disappointed. Will definitely be returning. Note that there is additional parking to the right-hand side when you enter the parking lot. This parking is reserved for Tatlows customers, you will see signs. Do not park in front of the convenience store as the owner is quite rude.
Disappointed I didn’t go here sooner! Unique fine dining experience with great prices and impeccable service.
Everyone working was smiling and polite. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the food and was very attentive to allergies. Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options.
The food was delicious and very well thought out. We had the charcuterie and it was more than enough for all seven of us. We also tried the pickerel and potato croquettes and everyone loved them we almost ordered more. Honestly a must try. The Agnolotti was rich and had wonderful flavours. Burgers were excellent for the teenagers at our table. Steaks were both done to perfection. Not sure about the pork tenderloins presentation but it was extremely tender and tasted fantastic. Entrees were big portions and desserts were not too sweet but just enough to satisfy. Very impressed will absolutely be back.
Govinda’s is a real hidden gem. Such delicious healthy food and they always have vegan and gluten free options. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. So thankful to have found out about this place!
Come check in at the 2023 Summer Food Festival. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned family-style environment. The dishes are very healthy. The appetizers are sour and appetizing. The main dishes are not rich and heavy. The salmon is fried at just the right temperature. , the chicken leg meat is very delicate, both are gluten-free, and the side dishes are also very soft, easy to chew and digest. In short, they are refreshing and light, with mostly sour taste, suitable for summer. The desserts are not too sweet, so you can eat them with confidence. The parking space is located in the mall, which is very convenient. The waiters are so enthusiastic.
It is very nice since their renovations took place a little while back. The food is like a home cooked meal and you get alot of food for a fair price. There isnt alot of options for dietary requests but there is some gluten free and vegetarian options.
Pizza itself is usually good, however the consistency it terribly off. No two pizzas are ever close ti them same compared to say, little Caesars where you can expect the same pizza every time.
Lots of toppings here and they support both vegan and gluten free options which makes this my family's go to place for pizza.
My biggest issue with Toppers is they will 9/10 times forget to put garlic butter crust on when ordered which is frustrating as even tonight I had to then around and get them to fix my problem. This isn't a new occurrence either, its been a problem for years and as to why ? I really couldn't say.
Overall experience was nice for a night out with my girls! The service was great and the atmosphere was modern/chic and cozy.
Atlantic Salmon (4/5): the salmon was moist, there was plenty of sauce (I’m a sauce connoisseur) and the zucchini paired well. I would have appreciated something fresh to help cut the heaviness of the dish. However; it was still a light and tasty dish! I also ordered a piece of their focaccia on the side to get all the sauce
Pappardelle (4/5): Made with gluten free pasta for our gluten free friend! It was a good cream sauce dish, can’t go wrong here.
Beef Tenderloin (4/5): Other than the beef being a little overdone than requested, the dish was also very good!
Baked Rigatoni Alla Vodka (4/5): spicier than I am used to with vodka pastas but still good for those that have any spicy tolerance higher than mine (spice level: 3/5)
Oysters (4/5): Decently sized! I just wish the lemons were cut into wedges rather than slices.
Pumpkin Spice Flan (4/5): Creamy, smoothie and reminds me of fall
Fall ‘set’ Cheesecake (4/5): A deconstructed cheesecake with bourbon soaked cherries. The cheese part of the cake was almost a whipped texture and the crumble was good! I wish the cheese part would have been a bit more solid and I would have appreciated more of the cherry ‘sauce’ on the plate.
I would recommend this place to friends and would go again!
Great restaurant with a great view. I went jn for dinner with no rsvp, and we were treated very well. The staff went the extra mile to figure out what was gluten free for our friend and stayed after opening hours. The food was high quality and wait very reasonable. Wine list had some great wines at very decent prices. The Ontario lamb racks, which I had, were absolutely amazing and just rare enough. I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion.
Great food. Great staff. Fantastic bellinis and other mixed drinks. Decent beer on tap. Really good about answering gluten free questions and offering solutions to modify menu items to accommodate gf. Sad that they discontinued their mushroom pasta dish though.
My boss brought me here for our annual leadership dinner and omg I go here everyday now. What a gem in Kitchener for a picky eater like me. I could eat their food every single day haha. They have the BEST AND FRESHEST Greek salad I ever had and I’ve had ALOT of Greek salads as it’s my favourite salad. I love how they grill their salmon it’s fresh with a crisp perfectly seared finish EVERY single time. There’s lots of options for everyone, gluten friendly, meat, poultry and sea food. You can’t go wrong with coming here, it’s nice for dates, great ambience and everyone that works here is really warm and homely. If you’re looking for a review to make a decision, look no further.

Standard breakfast done well. Handled gluten free order two days in a row with no issues. On our second visit the restaurant was busy and a group of about 20 showed up. The staff were able to cope very well, seating the new customers while keeping the service level for us high. Good service and a good breakfast.
I haven’t eaten at Sofram RH in years but it was convenient so I decided to go for it. I was getting nails done in plaza. I ordered a chicken breast laffa. My daughter the shawarma dinner. The food was delicious freshly cooked. The shawarma seasoning was next level. The laffa bread was thin which personally I like and the sandwich was filled with fresh veggies although it got soggy too quickly. My daughter’s meal came with two freshly baked pita breads. A lovely addition much nicer than the packaged pitas.
While I was waiting for my order I overheard them preparing a gluten free order and was super impressed with the level of care they were taking. I won’t wait long to order again.
Also, as I was there doing take out they let me be specific about what I wanted in laffa and were generous with toppings without me having to ask. Great customer service.
I didn’t see restaurant's atmosphere but take out area was clean and well organized.
4.5/5. Good food, great service, good atmosphere
This restaurant primarily sells skewers and Chinese snack foods. You purchase a soup base, then order skewers for roughly $0.60 each. The soup base is delicious. Please note that 'mild' is a bit spicier than what other stores would consider mild, so if you can't handle too much heat I would recommend doing 'slightly mild'. I would highly recommend trying the ' gluten' skewer - chewy texture and absorbs the broth!
The mains dandan noodles and wonton soup was also really good and reasonably priced for what you get. I would like to note that they are spicy as well (it's Sichuan food) but only slightly.
The service was really good. Kiki was our hostess and she was so friendly and helpful in explaining things to us.
Would definitely come back again. But probably with a group of 2+ so the broth price can be split.
