Excellent, and what's more, everything is gluten-free; I'm totally won over. The dishes are fresh daily, with quality ingredients, lovingly prepared, and you can taste it.
Mmmmm, thank you!
A great restaurant that is worth the detour! Homemade, local, organic, plant-based and even gluten-free, all in a friendly atmosphere and with such adorable staff.
We see that everything is done with love and passion, from the cooking to the service (and the decor).
The place is a little cramped for eating on site but in good weather the terrace is open. The food is of very good quality, the vegetarian and gluten-free choices are numerous and delicious!
I'm happy to find a place with a "normal" breakfast in Caen. The offer gluten free options also. Food is good and the waitress was very kind and let us practice our french although her perfect english
I was travelling with someone who cannot eat gluten so I was a bit worried about eating out. I found this place on a Google search for gluten-free restaurants. The GF aspect was superb, the waiter was knowledgeable and it turned out that my GF buddy was able to eat almost everything on the menu. And that leads me to the food, which was delicious. From starter to dessert and including drinks and side-dishes everything was fantastic. All four of us left full and satisfied. You can tell this place is good - it was packed by 7pm, mostly with locals. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.
We ate well and served very, very well :)
Very pleasant smile.
It must be the "gluten-free" perhaps which gives a different taste and which bothered me a little, so I didn't give it 5 stars.
Otherwise I remind you that we ate well and that we liked the music: we were entitled to canteens :)
The pleasure of being able to eat delicious gluten-free pasta for those with intolerances. THANKS ! When will we have wheat-free pizza dough? That would be wonderful.
Great crêpes and cider for a relaxed dinner. As a celiac, thoroughly enjoyed my first sweet crêpe in many years, when the friendly server was happy to substitute a sarrasin crêpe in the dessert menu. Great value for the cost.
Quite a discovery. Dinner for 2, excellent cuisine with particular attention to my daughter who required gluten-free dishes. The cooking of the duck breast was to die for. A treat. We also loved the cocktail of the moment, the Spring Fizz. The prices are very reasonable, and it was plentiful. In short, can't wait to go back!
It was our second time at Horace's yesterday.
The food is excellent, as is the quality/price ratio.
I am intolerant to gluten as well as lactose, and all the staff were very attentive and careful. Options for adapting certain dishes/desserts were even offered to me.
We will come back!
