In the town hall square of Favignana, a reference bar for breakfast, aperitif and snack. Here I was able to eat a perfect gluten free cannoli (I have never eaten such good ricotta) and I also really appreciated the aperitif with gluten free bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, oregano and various parts of the tuna (heart, mushy, pussy) also in the Tonnara version, with bottarga. Gluten-free Peroni beer. Prices a little high but generally in line with those of the island. Friendly and attentive service also explaining the possibility of contamination and indicating gluten-free items, such as the aperitif chips. Thank you very much because you made my stay in Favignana really tasty!

I have been to this restaurant twice and both times I have eaten as I should, both for the "normal" cuisine and for the gluten-free cuisine, a guarantee. Everything is fresh and exceptional. Compliments

VERY KIND we arrived very late for dinner and the table was no longer there, but they did everything they could to seat us even though we hadn't even insisted. The food was excellent: caponata, tuna, couscous and mussel pepper!!! As regards the negative reviews that I have read about the place, I would like to say that octopus and squid are not dishes from which excellence can be expected... primarily due to the very difficulty they have in being cooked and especially because this place is so popular that it is perhaps impossible to keep up with everything. Another plus point: there is the possibility of consuming gluten-free pasta on request

Nice place in the square. I ate excellent gluten-free pasta, my boyfriend had a slice of tuna which wasn't a good quantity/price ratio, they're probably stronger on the first courses. So-so service: the wine arrived when we had already been eating for a while and the gluten-free bread was communicated but never arrived.

Very good!!! Easy little place in the center of Favignana. I am celiac and lactose intolerant and they were VERY CAREFUL about contamination and made sure which products I could eat. Thank you!!!

We came across the inn in salt by chance, looking for a place to have dinner, the place was full but the owner was very kind and found us a place. They took great care of me as I unfortunately have many food allergies and they even prepared gluten-free pasta for me! I took a plate of vegetables (specifically chard) it was truly spectacular, a very simple dish but cooked in an excellent manner, I have never eaten anything like this, in fact it amazed me and my husband. The waiters are quick, attentive and also friendly. The prices, unlike other places on the island, are accessible also considering the excellent quality of the raw materials. I definitely recommend it!

We went to this restaurant last night and it was a surprise! Especially if you are celiac you must absolutely try the cuisine of A' Cialoma. Staff super knowledgeable on the topic, they bring gluten-free bread and offer gluten-free alternatives for the entire menu. I had a fried fish, delicious. Obviously made with rice flour, sparkling water and cooked separately. Accompanied with a pistachio sauce that enhances the flavor of the fish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
