I live in Rome, I'm here because I came to visit my sister who lives here. We found this place by chance because I'm the only one allergic to gluten in the family and so my sister doesn't usually look for gluten-free.
We found a welcoming environment, very friendly and kind staff, super good food. One of the waitresses stopped to talk and explained to us that the gluten-free things are all produced by them and there is nothing frozen. And that's exactly how it is because the gluten-free food is really good and you can see and taste that it is not the pizza from the supermarket. As for the pizzas with gluten, I can tell you that they were beautiful and very abundant (those who tasted them said they were delicious, but for obvious reasons I didn't try them). I'm attaching photos that testify to the beauty of the dishes. To feel how good they are you have to go there in person. Normal price, but an extra star for the points card (for every €20 spent, a stamp. For every 10 stamps, pizza is free)
I went to eat at this restaurant because they say they do gluten-free food, in reality after having dinner there, I vomited all night... clearly there was gluten! I went on holiday to enjoy a dinner out and I found myself feeling sick.. I don't recommend it for celiacs
Excellent gluten-free restaurant, also open for lunch. There is a good choice of dishes. The mixed platter with croutons and cured meats, spectacular HOMEMADE Sorrento gnocchi with a killer tomato are delicious. Very tender mushroom meat.
Overall, excellent quality, friendly staff and a very welcoming place. Thank you all

Great restaurant for celiacs and non-celiacs!!! You can eat everything from pizza to fish to the land menu!!! The place is a bit dated, the outside is equipped for those with children.
Last Saturday we went to this pizzeria/pub with gluten-free options, the pizza was really good, seasoned properly, the staff were very friendly, they made a mistake in taking my friend's pizza order, they remade it for her in record time, apologizing for the misunderstanding.
We came across this place by mistake or luck and I can confirm that we will definitely return and advertise. A very welcoming, familiar place where you immediately feel at ease. Even though we had called at an inconvenient time they immediately found us a place, the staff was really kind and helpful. Not to mention the dishes that are photonic, I personally tasted the venison ragout and it was delicious, it melted in your mouth. All the ingredients were mixed perfectly to make the dish delicate yet full-bodied. Price normal, very attentive to gluten-free. I absolutely recommend
The outdoor restaurant is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and immersed in silence!!! Typical Tuscan cuisine, good and tasty, with the possibility of a gluten-free menu. Must try!! Excellent quality of raw materials
Great gluten-free burger. A little heavy to digest but very filling. Normal prices. They also have gluten-free beer available. I had a hamburger bun with friarielli, sweet potatoes and mayonnaise. Recommended
Simply legendary, fabulous food and I love the idea of Non-Modifiable!! They have lots of pizzas with different doughs including gluten-free. All very tasty. Vintage place like me!!
Excellent lunch both as first courses (the strozzapreti from the selection of the day were very good) and as foie gras (particular emphasis on the gluten-free one, really good). Excellent ingredients, very friendly staff and perfect service. The desserts also deserve a note of merit.
Recommended without any doubt.
Perhaps the final bill is a little high considering everything, but if you adapt you will spend the right amount.
Had an AMAZING lunch!!! So many GF options and they are very knowledgeable about celiac. They keep their GF items separate from the regular menu items when preparing. I got the GF ravioli and my own GF bread basket! I highly recommend! It’s a really cute spot with indoor and outdoor seating!
We had lunch during a visit to Sansepolcro. Looking for a restaurant that served gluten-free and lactose-free dishes because my daughter is following a particular diet. We were welcomed by Sara and Serena impeccably. We had two first courses and a tartare of Piedmontese scottona, all really delicious. Very characteristic and elegant place, we will definitely be back!
A pleasant discovery at the gates of Monte San Savino, we laughed joked and enjoyed good food, the price in our opinion is very fair.
The strong point of this restaurant is the quality of the products offered but not only that, as in each recipe we noticed a right balance of flavors, nothing was left to chance...
Vast offer also Gluten-Free, much appreciated.
Thanks for the fantastic experience, see you soon!
I live a stone's throw away but unfortunately I only discovered it a few months ago. After testing it on several occasions I can certainly say that it is truly a top venue! Both the pizza and the cuisine are excellent, with gluten-free options too. The dining room staff is friendly and the design of the restaurant is also modern and pleasant. Well done!!
This evening too we had dinner at the Il Canto del Maggio osteria: the food and service were excellent. Thanks to the chefs for their professionalism, passion and care also for gluten-free cuisine. A special thanks also to the always attentive, kind and competent dining room staff who pamper customers
The gluten-free focaccia, wild boar tortelli, polenta and apple pie are excellent. . We all 3 ate gluten-free and it was all delicious! Absolutely worth trying!!
I have been to this place with a group of people including many children.
The place is quite cold (after a request the owner has access to the path) but nice.
The location is excellent in the center of Cortona.
The
menu is not exciting but it offers an excellent gluten-free offer (even a separate menu) and this earns it 4 stars
The Cavour restaurant is among the best restaurants in Arezzo.
Located in the historic center under the porticoes of the classical high school, it is a trattoria where you can enjoy classic Tuscan food from Tuscan appetizers to small ones and tagliatelle.
They are informed about gluten-free food and often also have dedicated bread
The prices are very fair.
Definitely my favorite restaurant in Arezzo!
Super approved and recommended!
Typical rustic but elegant Tuscan restaurant, very kind and helpful staff, spectacular typical dishes, well-stocked cellar of 'Tuscans' and more...
To try and try again
Worth noting is its membership of the AIC, with an entire gluten-free menu
Unbeatable location in Piazza Grande, very careful decoration in all the details, extremely friendly and attentive staff. All the dishes are excellent, traditional dishes and original combinations. The desserts are incredibly good (and very, very pretty). Some gluten free options. Don't miss it!
Good spot if you’re willing to splurge. The food was delicious but the experience was a bit pricey. They were able to provide some of the best vegetarian and gluten free (gf) food we had in Italy. Happy with treating ourselves due to the food and service provided. Make a reservation.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so without problems. I chose i3bicchieri for my graduation lunch and I couldn't have made a better choice. Exquisite dishes (wild boar ragout and delicate saffron sauce and pork fillet to melt in your mouth); maximum attention for a celiac guest and one with intolerances; chete and the very kind and helpful staff. Finally, a very welcoming veranda. Well done, good, good
When you say you eat carefree... this is not the case! When asked for the non-gluten option the answer is affirmative but once seated they add that they cannot guarantee non-contamination😭😭😭 each sandwich is then accompanied by french fries, when I ask for the oil they use for frying I am told palm oil (my daughter is allergic to nuts...so absolutely no peanut oil!!) when the fries arrive the waiter splutters something about the oil used and makes us understand that there could also be peanut oil, he tells of a customer whose tongue has swollen etc etc... all this with my daughter looking at me with big eyes and wanting to be able to eat the chips as soon as they arrive... But is it possible???? Booooo
The waitress with the glasses is very rude and arrogant. I don't understand if a person suffers from celiac disease or lactose intolerance. She doesn't explain what you can eat and what you can't while the other two waitresses are both kind and very polite.
Small place, but the cuisine is very well-prepared, Francesca is a person who makes you feel at home and cares a lot about the quality and goodness of the food. The focaccia and pizza are uniquely good, soft, fragrant and highly digestible. She also takes care to offer alternatives to those who are lactose and gluten intolerant.
Restaurant with an excellent choice of meat (fillets and slices) and with very courteous and helpful staff towards intolerances (celiac disease). Very honest prices, if I were to return to these parts I would definitely stay here again.
Stunning setting, excellent dishes and very kind staff.
Unbelievable but true...in addition to the classic there are also Gluten Free Menus and Vegan Menus!!
A beautiful discovery in this wonderful village.
Highly recommended! See you soon!

We had dinner at this restaurant and were very satisfied. The service was precise, courteous and never intrusive. The dishes offered are well thought out, made with excellent raw materials and presented with care, while maintaining a pleasant simplicity that makes the experience very authentic. There are also gluten-free dishes including a delicious pizza.
The environment is nice and pleasant, even if the acoustics are certainly an aspect that the place could improve on. With the restaurant full, the noise level is quite high, making it sometimes difficult to have a quiet conversation.
An investment in sound-absorbing solutions, discreet and well integrated with the furnishings, would truly make this place perfect from every point of view.
Overall, a beautiful evening and a restaurant I recommend without hesitation.
Very nice and quiet place. With a rustic chic look. Quality products. Much attention was paid to the menu which indicated all the products that contain gluten
A great place, with very friendly service and delicious food, right in the central square. I ate with 5 small children without problems, they prepared particular sauces that they liked, such as the classic carbonara and only tomato. They also offer gluten-free options and even gave my son gluten-free bread, the only place they did so in an entire week of eating in different places in Tuscany. To be repeated!
I don't do many reviews, but this time I really have to make an exception. I went twice in the space of a week with some work colleagues and they were both excellent experiences. There has recently been a change of management, previously it was "maniinpasta". The restaurant is located in the center and from the outside you have an impression of elegance, if you compare it with most of the places in the surrounding area. Perhaps this keeps a certain type of customer at bay, but at the end of the day the prices are absolutely normal. The food is really excellent, there were seven or eight of us both times and everyone was happy. I have to make a special mention for a lemon risotto with prawn and calamari ragout, I loved it. One of us is celiac and there was ample choice for him for each course. The girls at the service are nice and very kind, one from Santo Domingo and the other Brazilian (unfortunately I don't know their names). In the end, two courses and wine cost us around €35 each, coffee, cantucci and vinsanto offered on the house. I hope this new management is successful!
We arrived in Anghiari last night and by chance we stopped in this little place, excellent and selected food, attentive to people with celiac disease, the kind and attentive service and the very nice environment with relaxing music..
