Huge and delicious gluten-free pizza! Recommended! I read in other reviews about the character of the staff: I have not encountered this, however I remind both the owners and customers of the importance of showing patience and always using a smile and kind manner.
I am a lactose intolerant and celiac girl from Veneto. My boyfriend's family from Lecce took me to eat here knowing about my allergies. I absolutely loved this place starting from the kindness of the staff. Furthermore, the choice of foods suited to my requests was really excellent, including local dishes that I personally love but are usually not possible to eat due to gluten. Everything is really excellent, I recommend everyone (especially people with celiac disease) to go here to eat.

Nice place, welcoming. Very kind and amiable staff. I am both gluten and lactose intolerant and they were able to accommodate my intolerances to the maximum. Rich and abundant menu. Delicious gluten-free and lactose-free pizza. Excellent value for money. When I return to Lecce I will definitely return to eat at this restaurant.

We discovered this place on the recommendation of a girl from Lecce. We took away two excellent pucce stuffed on the spot. Mine, the Cézanne (gluten free version), was exquisite. The girl who served us was very kind and thoughtful, showing great attention towards each customer. Super recommended!
All very good, even the gluten-free pizza with dough made by them..quality ingredients..various doughs for pizza..right prices for excellent quality..proximity to the historic center of Lecce..highly recommended..very owner and employees prepared and very nice.. giovanni from tuglie (Lecce) but transplanted to Milan.. for the owner, force Lecce!!!!

Very kind staff. The sandwiches can also be taken with gluten-free bread, however they do not have a separate space but it is an open space. There could be contamination but we still had no problems.
The sandwiches are good, the cost is proportionate.
The tables outside, however, are quite dirty and sticky.
Nice environment, friendly and helpful staff, the only flaw is that they could specify gluten free foods better on the food selection screens to make ordering quicker. Perfect atmosphere for children/teens.
What struck me most about this place was the attention to the customer. I had ordered a gluten-free pizza but it came out a little too "crunchy". The owner noticed that I was having some difficulty eating it and without me saying anything she immediately arranged for another truly delicious and crumbly one to be made. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the pizzas and fritti are excellent and I saw some very inviting first courses passing by. Low prices. We will definitely be back
We had lunch at Crianza on Easter day. Even though we hadn't booked, the staff welcomed us with enthusiasm and was ready to satisfy our every need. Giorgio, together with the other waiters, guided us in choosing the dishes which, in fact, were better than each other. We tasted the specials of the day: Tris Sea Tartare and Paccheri Filled with Creamed Cod, what can I say SPECTACULAR! Furthermore, for those intolerant to lactose and gluten, there are also dedicated options for desserts (what
not taken for granted even today). I tasted the Artisan Ice Cream Pralines. Tasting of three flavors of ice cream covered in dark chocolate: Marzipan, Orange Dark Chocolate, Dried Figs and Cupeta were superlative!
The alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were also carefully crafted and were excellent.
In short, our experience was excellent, if we were to return to Lecce we will undoubtedly return to Crianza and his staff!

Fantastic experience. I ate one of the best first courses ever. Being gluten intolerant, they immediately satisfied my needs without sacrificing taste. I had excellent raw fish as a starter and as a first course I had spaghetti with lime with stracciatella, chopped pistachios and fresh raw prawns. The staff is very friendly and professional. During an evening walk, I saw this restaurant and decided to go in. And I did not regret it. The music is pleasant, the staff is very polite and friendly. Now I can't even remember where else I met such good staff. A large assortment of wines and other alcoholic beverages, a large assortment on the menu. I wanted something sweet and decided on a gluten-free mango cheesecake and prosecco. Everything is delicious. I am sure I will return to this restaurant.
Recently renovated place, very welcoming and with a beautiful atmosphere. The pizzas are absolutely exceptional, very digestible and with quality ingredients. Super recommended for many reasons. The fries are made with rice flour, therefore also accessible to those suffering from intolerances or celiac disease. The dishes: green, km0 and above all excellent. The place is designed with attention to detail, making you feel at peace and away from the chaos. The service and staff equally deserving of 5 stars.

We had a seafood tasting and having specified my gluten intolerance they brought me octopus salad with GLUTEN-FREE croutons: my happiness at that moment was inexplicable.
Then followed by two first courses, super delicious!
